A tale of a bittersweet night. What could’ve been such a magical night was messed up with unnecessary complications from the vendor.Just know it’s good cop bad cop. The guys is great and personable. He rents the hall. The problems start piling up when dealing with the wife and the setup rentals. Don’t believe anything she says. Even the contracts are worded so that unless you want to be in small claims court, you end up taking the bullet and putting up table and and breaking down setups and you were promised were included in the price package. I should have read the reviews but my wife had started the process without knowing. By the time I read them, it was too late. Which sucks because the Venue was pretty nice. You are now officially forewarned. Don’t blame me when that lady turns and act like she never told your she would set up your hall. For me, the great Venue and fun times was not worth the stress that she put us through.

This venue is very beautiful. It was the best one we saw in Palm Beach County. The quality is impeccable inside and out. The outside area allowed my daughter to have the bounce house and pinata she wanted. The location is such that you don't disturb anyone. We had an amazing time .
I am so happy we found this venue, honestly, we considered not even going to view it based on the reviews. I would advise you to go and see it for yourself. Ask for Pedro, he is a great host.

This venue is absolutely beautiful. It will definitely impress you and your guests whatever the event may be. I dealt with Pedro (the owner) and the customer service was superb. I was initially deterred by the prior reviews but I am so happy and grateful to have used this venue because Pedro delivered. The venue had a large kitchen area with food warmers, refrigerators, a three compartment sink and a bar setup in the large room. Everything is of high quality. Pedro is able to assist with all your needs for a perfect event. Don’t hesitate to book!!! Thank you Oasis Event for hosting my daughter’s 10th.

Absolutely ruined my wedding. We planned it for 10 months yet the week of the event she was not prepared. Workers were not prepared. We gave her all the drinks the day prior to the event yet not a single drink was cold for our guests when they arrived at 2pm. She was too busy showing the venue to other possible customers to finish the decor we spoke about. She was never on time to open the venue for other vendors. Does not answer her phone but will call you 5x in a row when she finally looks at the right phone. She forgot to give the servers the appetizers to serve during cocktail hour, swore at both my mothers when they inquired why, didn't apologize when she saw she was wrong and mom walked her to the fridge with the appetizers in it, she yelled at guests, yelled at servers all day, do not trust her kindness in the beginning, it is all a lie. She stressed me out so much before my wedding despite me having a day of coordinator because she refused to communicate with her. Not to mention the contract states we have the venue til 12am, tables and chairs were being taken down at 845pm and lucy was just yelling at anyone who tried to stop her. Somehow a few bottles of alcohol and my bridal bouquet that everyone was searching for ended up underneath a table in the back of a closed off room. She made no attempt to try to refund us for all the drama she caused and not sticking to the contract. 0 stars if I could.
EDIT: Owner is deleting reviews and trying to avoid doing the right thing. Since you responded here you should have no issue responding to my lawyer. If my truthful review does not hurt business why come lie 5 months later. Do with that what you will.

Rudeness and extra add ons after amount agreed upon. We were charged a cleaning fee yet we had to clean up after ourselves. The kitchen and back terrace are FILLED with rats, rat feces and roaches. It was my wedding so I tried to ignore the fact and enjoy what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. I couldn’t fully though as the guests kept saying they were seeing rats and roaches. One guests actually took home a roach in her to go plate. Very embarrassing as I should have inspected the place a lot more when I was there that one time. I also had to wait over an hour the day I went to meet Lucy, just to have someone else but Lucy show up. Every time I asked to see the place after, there were excuses. I had to keep messaging back and forth to get the sizes, dimensions and pics just so the decorator could have an idea as to what she was working with.
Day of the event, we were supposed to have the place at 9 to start decorating, never heard from Lucy until some time after 10, hence, there was a shortfall on the decorating. We were supposed to have the place til 1AM, at 12am a worker brings her phone for Lucy to tell me to turn the music off and wrap it up. We had already cleaned up and just enjoying the last hour of music but couldn’t as realistically, we were lied to about the time. I would NEVER recommend this place.

My mother has a catering business and we did an event there. The supervisor (Lucy) was very unprofessional and very rude. Her and her team were drinking from the refreshments that we had there for the guess, we also wrapped the appetizer they unwrapped some and started eating from them. Lucy didn’t give us our time worth, we had the place till 12 but KICKED us out around 10:12. She yelled at us and basically treated us like we worth being in her facility. If I could give this place a zero star I would.

There is a saying that goes “Don’t let looks deceive you”. When we first meet Lucy she acted and pretended to be professional. She presented her package deal and yet the day of the event there was a lot of limitations for our party from the facilities amenities . Such as air conditioner and kitchen area. When we first saw the place with Lucy, she stated we may use the amenities the day of the party.
Yet the day of event they were hosting two parties, Lucy prioritize the event they were Catering too and made the kitchen completed unable to us.
There was cleaning fee charged, yet we still had to sweep and throw away our garbage. As Lucy also stated we did not have to worry about the cleaning.
In addition, Lucy stated we can also set up as early as 9:00am and she would not pick up the phone call and mistreated her employees for allowing us to set up.
I do not recommend this location for the lack of professional. Lucy does not know how to give customer services.

The venue is very ample and nice. If only Lucy, the manager, could be professional, I would of recommend it. But if you do not mind having to deal someone rude go for it. Also make sure your event is the only one booked on that day, otherwise you will not only have poor service but also all the employees from other events will be going in and out in the middle of your event , without excusing themselves.making your guests uncomfortable and your event cheap after you have spent thousands of $ to rent the venue.
Also why does she charge a cleaning fee if you still have to clean the venue before, because you will receive it messy and dirty. Even having to remove your own trash?
You should charge her this fee instead.
