Nicola was beyond amazing on our wedding day. Hiring her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at the Sinclair on G Street was the best decision. From the beginning she was understanding of what we needed and provided us with a contract that included a few additional tasks to the day of package which was perfect for us. All of the meetings we had were so valuable to our planning. It felt like Nicola really understood our vision and gave us her honest expert opinion which was tremendously helpful. She has great communication and in the month of the wedding was always available for our questions and meetings with vendors. It felt like the wedding day was flawlessly executed because Nicola took care of everything! It was such a relief to know that I could rely on her for communicating with vendors, setting up, making sure everything was on schedule, wrapping up, and even making sure we had our favorite drink throughout the night! All of our decor and florals were DIY so all I had to do was hand everything over to Nicola to set up and the outcome was exactly what I wanted. The icing on the cake is Nicola’s wonderful personality. Planning a wedding can be stressful but she has such a calming get-it-done energy and it felt like we were planning a wedding with our friend.

Nicola is absolutely amazing! We hired her as our month-of wedding planner, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process.
