I used the contact form on the website to try to book a carriage ride for my anniversary. I waited a week and got no reply. Next, I called to book a carriage ride and the owner simply answered with a "hello" (maybe next time state the name of the business when answering like other businesses practice) I asked about the date I wanted and was told that he didn't have his book in front him. Based on the phone conversation, I didn't feel confident booking with someone that was this unprofessional and poorly organized. They may provide decent service once you can finally set an appointment, but I won't take the risk to find out.

My Husband & I did our first Carriage ride for our 15th Anniversary. It was very relaxing. Frank was a Great Host! Will recommend any couple visiting Ohio to take this intimate yet relaxing ride.

Frank was a pleasure to work with for coordinating a carriage ride at our wedding. He arrived perfectly on time and had a beautifully presented horse and carriage. Our guests loved the sight and enjoyed taking photos. We are so happy with how things worked out and are glad we booked Ohio Carriage Rides! -B & T

I don’t typically give bad reviews but he stole my money and never showed! Here is my story! I called him over a year in advance to hold our wedding date. About a month before my wedding I began calling him to confirm the time. He would answer and say I don’t have my book in front of me but I am sure you are on there. He started not returning my phone calls so I had my soon to be hubby call and we received the same information. The week before the wedding he called to confirm timing and said I have been to that venue many times before. He took a deposit of $120. I thought everything was fine and he would show! Wrong!!! He called the day of the wedding and said he couldn’t find the venue. I called him back and he said he gave up and left because I didn’t answer!! It was my wedding day!! I called him several times before to ensure he had the correct venue and he never showed!!!! I told him I wanted my money back and he said it was a convince fee and he would not return!! He was awful to work with and extremely unprofessional!! I do not recommend!!
