What a great experience! We bought our tickets a week ahead of time, but realized the day of our booking that we did not plan well and needed an earlier time slot. They accommodated us without any issue. Customer service is great. They are very friendly. The gift store is really big too with a lot of jewelry and rocks.

The tour itself was amazing and educational. We did the Winter Tour, and Tyler was our guide. He added a lot of humor to the tour. The whole tour is unreal. It is hard to believe that all of that cavern is under our feet when walking on top of the property. It was beautiful and well worth the cost. We have traveled over Ohio, and this was one of the best things we have done here.

Amazing experience we had today! We did the winter tour just for one day of fun as a family.. Our tour was exceptional. The location is breathtakingly beautiful. Its beauty is truly evident when you personally encounter one of the formation rocks, and the tour guides are highly informative. Their gift shop has a lot of options for gifts and employees are very nice too.. I love to go back nextime. Must visit!

Such a fascinating place to visit. My friend was nervous about going into a cave, but she ended up loving the experience too. Very beautiful formations under ground. The gift shop was well stocked with tempting items - we got a shirt, mortar and pestle, and a"mother lode" bag that we took home - for panning experience. The guides and staff were friendly and well-informed. The weather had been rainy, and some leaked into the caverns, but we only suffered a few drops to the head, and some moist shoes.

Beautiful caverns and a really informative, fun tour. I visited with my wife and we were the only two there which was nice (snow and middle of a Thursday will do that). The winter tour is a shorter one than the summer but still a very good length of cave with plenty to see. The caverns themselves are spectacular. Very colorful and lots of fascinating crystal formations. Our tour guide, Jared, was excellent. He was super chill and provided plenty of background on various aspects of the caverns. This is a great place for a family day trip, and I highly recommend checking it out.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Easy to find the ticket counter, very friendly staff with helpful information!

The gift store is connected to the ticket counter; the gift store has everything from T-shirts to ROCKS, lots of rocks! If you have a kid who loves rocks, you could leave him and come back hours later and he’ll still be here. Ok, I’m joking, but the rocks selection is AMAZING! Gem mining available.

Tour guides are perfect, knowledgeable, funny, yet give you time to take it all in.

Bathrooms are in a separate building but very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking and a covered seating area. Grassy areas to stretch your legs after a road trip.

I've been to countless public caves across the United States, from Carlsbad to Mammoth to Tuckaleechee, and I still found this small Ohio cave to be pretty neat! They have a nice gift shop with typical souvenirs, nice restrooms, and a 50 minute long cave tour reaching a max depth of 103 feet below the surface.

The tour itself winds through an ancient riverbed with crystals, rocks, stalagmites and stalactites galore. Nearly 100% of the tour goes through a wet cave where the ceiling is constantly dripping which leads to the formation of the features over time. While these features aren't to the scale that you'll see in Carlsbad Caverns, they are very impressive considering where the cave is located in the state of Ohio.

The #1 rule in the cave is DO NOT TOUCH, and this cave lends itself to be very family friendly, so please control kids inside to not touch anything.

Took my teenager here, and she loved it!! The last time I took her, she was 4 or 5 years old, so she doesn't remember it. She was in her element and loved everything about the Caverns. It was even more beautiful than I remember. The tour guides were phenomenal and very informative
