I use to see Dr. META. They gave me a new Doctor who is Doctor Parker. She was great. Took time for all my concerns . Also the the Doctor Assistant i saw after Dr Meta left was great also. I love the staff that greats you they are wonderful. The medical assistants I have seen they are all friendly and courtesy. I truly love this place.

The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have never had to wait long. The medical assistants are amazing and responsive to messages. Dr. Sklaw quite literally have me my life back. I cannot thank them enough!

Dr Anaizi was very attentive. Answered and explained my concerns. He didn't just pushed me out the door with referrals. I felt good about the next step that I need to take for my care. And the front desk lady that took care of me was friendly and professional. I felt at eased right away.

From the first call to inquire about an appointment to the check-in, to the person taking vitals and history to actually speaking with Dr. Isler, the Ohio Gastro Team was wonderful! Everyone was professional and welcoming. Taking the time to listen is clearly valued and that makes such a difference in the patient experience. Most importantly, as a new patient, the opportunity to speak directly with Dr. Isler, discuss history, and ask questions was a game changer. In my prior experience with a gastro practice, that did not happen and it led to issues with approach/treatment. I am relieved to have spoken with the specialist directly in my first appointment and am confident in the plan going forward. Thank you for taking the time & care that you do, Dr. Isler & Team. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the medical assistant, Princess was very pleasant and inviting. While in the room reviewing my health history and obtaining vitals my BP was really low and the care and concern Princess showed ensuring I wasn’t dizzy or lightheaded was truly appreciated. Dr. Parker was just as pleasant when she came in. Personable, a great listener and was not the provider to jump right to a conclusion without additional testing. I know when it’s time for my Colonoscopy at 45, I will be coming back to this office and will refer any friends or family as well. Very impressive!
