Big fan of tolls here. This is a good toll plaza. They meet my expectations of being able to pay in some way and to be able to enter and exit the turnpike.
Tip for toll noobs. Look at the signs above the lanes. They tell you which lane you should go in. EZPASS or EZPASS ONLY means you have to have Ezpass in those lanes. If you don't follow the signs, you will get stuck in the lane, and you will earn the disdain of your fellow drivers.

Everyone should have Ezpass. It saves you money on tolls and time at the toll plaza. That sounded like a commercial. Lol

Please fix and provide friendly service if you have to call the number. The woman who answered was able to help me, but I had to ask her to wait on the phone. Incredibly rude and horrible custom service. Update the system or update the people.

Get rid of the automated toll booths and open more lanes. Those who don't have easy pass are tired of the one open lane with 20 cars or more on our trip to work! We know you want us to buy that pass so we can be controlled even more!

Unlike nearly every other toll road in the 47 states I've driven truck in over the years, Ohio makes the driver responsible for the toll, plus $10, plus a $100 fine if not paid in 7 days. If you refuse personal responsibility, they call the police and make you, or they impound your truck over a $20 toll. I'm just a company driver, but I have no control over whether the company pays, so I will just avoid the Ohio toll road every chance I get. If they can't get the money from the company that's not on me, and i don't get paid enough to cover for them, so you will just not get tolls from me. Brilliant plan!

Look it's the Turnpike we know but does the food have to be so expensive It's ridiculous... I paid $15.53 for a three piece tender,fry,popcorn shrimp and a pop. I think the prices are so high because there is no where else to go, so yo pay or stay hungry. Other than that it's always clean and employees are friendly.

It's always nice to stop here. The bathrooms are kept very clean and well stocked. There are plenty of options for food. The store sells a great variety of merchandise!!!
