My family and I had the best time on our guided half day fishing tour for my husband’s birthday. Corbyn was patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job teaching us and our kids how to fish. He was also really kind and helpful when the kids were asking him a million questions. I had the best time and even caught my first fish. Thank you so much! It was definitely worth every penny with all the help he gave us, especially when the fishing lines kept caught in the shrub and he would have to pull them out and re-rig them.

The best fishing guide ever!!!! Mark is so amazing and patient, from explaining how to cast and reel to untangling the mess I made. He knows that lake like the back of his hand. Amy’s sandwiches are hands down the best I’ve ever had. My kids love the lunch packs. I’ve recommended ojai angler to all my friends and family. You will love it

Marc was phenomenal. This will forever be one our favorite memories. We brought our 87 year old dad out with us and he was able to spend the day fishing with his kids and grandsons. He does not get around well and Mark made it a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Highly recommend!

Memorable fishing experience with Marc and Corbyn! My kids are 8 and 5 and I was worried they might get bored but I was wrong. They loved their first fishing experience at Lake Casitas! Marc and Corbyn were so patient and kind, and they made the fishing trip fun and informative. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ojai. My family and I also loved sandwiches made by Amy.

We booked a 4 hour pontoon fishing trip! It was such a great time. Corbyn, our guide, was professional, very patient and a delight to spend time with. He knew all the great spots and had a “secret potion” developed by his father! Between my husband and I, we managed to land 15+ bass! We will return and highly recommend Ojai Angler for your guided fishing trips!

Spend two great days with Corbyn on Lake Casitas. Besides the beautiful location and serenity the fishing was good. Day 1 was more fish. Day 2 was better fish. Corbyn kept me fishing while keeping the baits ready to go. Jigging in deep water on light line does cause lots of snags and break off. The fish on day two was deep and In cover. Absolutely the most challenging bass I’ve caught between depth, heavy cover and light line! You go Ojai Anglers, Corbyn, Amy and Mark! Also purchased their Lumker Lotion. Thank you all!

Corbyn had us on fish within the first fifteen minutes of the trip! Then we lost count how many bass we had caught! Great guide, trip was perfect. Definitely coming back to get those lunkers I could see chasing our bait!

I have used this service multiple times over the years. Marc is thorough in explaining the different baits to use and why. How to tie the different hooks and weights. And he goes over the habits of the fish and what has worked best for him over the years. I have enjoyed fishing with my sons, my family and soon to be my grandsons. Gorgeous lake, relaxing time, and making memories.
