Banged 2 calls but still sent a driver out without any sort of confirmation or even telling that a driver was coming, very rude not good customer service either, if you were put on hold for 15 minutes after only being asked for a pickup n drop off would you stay on the line? Then threw onto hold again mid sentence while trying to explain it’s a call back inquiring about the ride that she didn’t even process through after being on the hold line previously for 15 minutes, bad for business when the lady handling your customers is running them away to pay high demand prices on uber.

This was the first time I used O'Jay Taxi service and it was a great experience. Once the lady answered and I gave her the locations she had me on hold maybe 2 minutes getting a driver for me. The driver was here within the time the lady told me . She also called me once the driver was here. The car was very clean and smelled great !! The driver was very kind and respectful! It is hard to find a car service that 1.) takes cash , and 2.) actually will come through after midnight and not cancel . I highly recommend this company and will be a frequent customer !

I use them all the time the only complaint that I have is that they say 5-10 minutes and 20 minutes goes by and when u call to complain they say lie instead of just being honest

Driver took long to come. I had to call for them to tell me the driver is outside.. the lady on the phone told me $20 by the time I got close to my destination the driver said $35..I called again to verify price and told the lady the driver is trying to charge me $35 she said no it’s $20… so I confront the driver and he said no it $35 and I ended up having to pay $35 dollars and be late to work.. 🤦🏽‍♀️ NEVER AGAIN! drivers always make their own prices it’s just crazy. Ghetto. Taking advantage of people using their services. I wasn’t prepared to pay that much. Left my cash at home and brought enough for the ride and lunch.. Not a big deal, I’m always willing to pay but when u tell someone a price it should be that price and I always tip the driver anyways so Shame on them. Having to deal wit this so early in the morning is ridiculous. Hate leaving bad reviews but this is crazy and it’s not the first or the second or the third time I’ve had an issue with these people. But when ur desperate for a ride to work you would go with whatever service was available. But never again. This was the last time I use ojay. There’s better taxi services anyways.

Use to love ojay. But I dread calling for a ride as the time went on. The guy who answers sounds bored of life and tired of his job. Very bland. Doesn’t listen. Two separate occasions I asked the guy to provide me with a driver that takes cash app. Both times the driver was confused once I got to my destination and was ready to pay. The second time it happened I actually doubled checked with the guy over the phone which I got a dismissive yes and he told me to go outside. Now I’m trying to go home from work and I called hours ahead and asked the lady if they are running ALL DAY. In which she replied YES. Now I’ve been on hold for 5 minutes. It’s getting ridiculous. This is why Uber and Lyft is well used now n days

Been a frequent rider for a few years services just keeps getting worse and worse now couples are riding around together blasting music saying 5 mins and taking 35 mins to get to u plus ride time !!! On hold for 4-6 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone then someone answers then there in a whole other country I’m rolling with Uber from now on dont waste ur money!!!

O’Jay refuses to give receipts and is either an incompetent business or avoiding taxes.

I took a ride on June 26th. I requested to pay by credit card but the driver would only accept cash. I asked for a receipt and the driver told me to call the dispatcher. I called the dispatcher 3 times over the last two weeks asking for a receipt. Each time the dispatcher indicated they would get back to me later, but I still haven’t received an invoice and now I can’t get reimbursed for my work trip.

For a service that is so highly reviewed, I’m extremely disappointed that they cannot provide something as simple as an invoice.
