Captain Nick and his top notch crew were host to my 50th birthday party and I couldn’t have had a better time. 40 guests partied comfortably on the beautiful boat with enough room for catered food, live musician, and decorations. Was an evening I will never forget. Thanks Captain Nick. Much appreciated.

I can’t say enough great things about Captain Mike and his crew. I brought 10 friends and family in a half day fishing run and they made it a day we won’t forget. They took great care of us, helped the rookies with their rods, even served as cheerleaders and fish de-hookers. We came in with literally dozens of fish and cooked them for dinner tonight. Five stars all around.

Nick and his crew took our group of girls out for the day for a bachelorette party and we could not have asked for a better experience! They were helpful, fun, and so accommodating. Such a blast and I can't wait to go out again.

Horrible for inexperienced fishermen. I am a decently experienced fisherman and the the trip was ok. However, many of our inexperienced friends on the trip struggled. The captain and crew is supposed to help their customers but were all too busy fishing for themselves with their fancy bait and lures. I feel a captain should be excited when experienced fisherman come on their boat but even more excited for inexperienced people as they are brand new to the fishing experience! When a friend got a simple birds nest the captain told the crew "you better teach him another lesson because he CLEARLY wasn't paying attention the first time" (he gave us a 20 second "lesson" in the beginning).

This was supposed to be a fathers Day fishing trip for all the father and son’s. This was the worst trip that anyone of the guys every went on. The anchor broke and the hydraulic fluid got on some of the guys. the waves was extremely bad to the point the all got wet and from the anchor being broke they was just going in circles. All the men are so upset and mad for such a horrible trip this was. I called trying to see if they would give some kinda refund because they all spend $90 for nothing at all. Not one of the guys caught a fish it was bad and I’m not exaggerating at all. But the lady was very nasty and said well it’s fishing not catching is what she said. So i said but they wasn’t even able to fish the boat didn’t have a anchor. She didn’t care at all. The. She said how is it that the mate only got $40 i said are u serous what did they do? The boat should of turned around and go back do to the boat parts beak it and the waters because so bad. But no! They guys was so upset it was a waste of time and money. They will never be going back with this boat again for many reasons. Straight ridiculous and very unprofessional.
So don’t was ur time or money go with a different boat.

Great crew, great vessel, and a great time! The crew was knowledgeable, fast, and helpful! We caught a bunch of seabass and had an amazing time doing it! Rented the ship out for a Wednesday day trip! Worth every penny!

We do an annual fishing trip and this was our third year with Capt. Nick and his crew. They do a great job, handle every need, and teach us something new every time. This year it was how to fish with a baby squid that we caught! We are coming back again next year and the year after that and the year after that. Highly recommend Ol' Salty ll.
