10000% recommend hiring Deanna and her team for your wedding and would do it again and again if I planned another wedding. Deanna made everything leading up to the wedding so seamless, all the emails and logistics in the months leading up to the wedding can be so stressful. Similarly, the day of, Deanna was taking care of every little detail (even getting us snacks and drinks right after the ceremony ?) and it was so nice to not worry about anything. Our friends and family raved about her as well, and we are truly so sad to be done working with her now that the wedding is over. We love Deanna and OBEC!

Working with Olive Branch Events Co. was by far one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! We got referred to Deanna and her team by our wedding photographer and we couldn’t have imagined our wedding day without them!

We had an introductory call with Deanna about a year out from our wedding. From that very first call, we got a sense of how organized, creative and passionate Deanna and her team are and we knew instantly that Olive Branch would be the perfect fit for us.

In addition to having an amazing and talented team to work with, the planning guides, documents and timeline that they provided us with were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process! We felt like these documents helped us stay on pace with our timeline and helped us think of little details or tasks that probably would have went over our heads had we not had the guidance of Olive Branch.

Leading up to up to our wedding day, we had a few planning calls with our planner, Laura. We absolutely loved working with Laura and she was so friendly, positive and organized! A few weeks before our wedding day, I started feeling a little overwhelmed with my long to-do list and Laura’s frequent check-ins really helped put me at ease and she offered to help take things off my plate which was a big help! Whenever I’d bounce ideas off of Laura or get her opinion on things, she’d always help guide me to make a decision that would allow my husband and I to enjoy our day the most, which I really appreciated!

On our actual wedding day, some unexpected thunderstorms rolled in, which shifted some logistics of our wedding day. Laura handled the last minute changes flawlessly so we could just be in the moment and enjoy our day. Throughout our reception, she would check in to see if we needed anything and she even brought us our signature cocktails right when we walked in which we thought was so sweet!

In addition to helping with all of the logistics and any timeline changes the day of, Laura and her assistant, Victoria set up our reception space beautifully! They set everything up exactly how we envisioned it and not having to worry about handling the decor ourselves or task it to a family member really allowed us to be present and enjoy our wedding day to the fullest!

We truly had the best experience working with Olive Branch and can’t recommend them enough!

Words can't begin to describe how supportive and thoughtful Deanna was throughout the entire planning process. She was game for any idea I had for the wedding and made really great suggestions when I was stumped on how to make a decision. Being new to the area, I wasn't familiar with a lot of the wedding vendors around Eau Claire and was spending a lot of time researching, reading reviews, etc. Having someone knowledgable and with a great network like Deanna helped cut the time I was spending on vendor research way down and made me confident in our choices. Even when a few of our vendors backed out for personal reasons (like expecting a baby) Deanna was responsive in helping me find someone new. I truly couldn't have done this without her. Our wedding went so smoothly and much of that was due to her extensive planning and coordination. My parents, friends, and family members loved her too. 100% would recommend working with Deanna to any couple!

I cannot say enough positive remarks about Olive Branch Events. My husband and I are both out of state and have jobs with crazy hours and OBEC was 10/10 ALWAYS there for us. I felt completely stress free wedding week and leading up to the wedding because I knew that Sarah had everything under control. She and the whole team were down to earth, patient and I cannot say enough about how great their communication was! The vendor communication, logistics on how the minute by minute wedding day would run was AMAZING. The team also has amazing resources regarding how to stay organized, a timeline of when to get things completed, local vendors, etc. I cannot imagine my wedding without Sarah and the OBEC team and I truly mean that. I frequently say "best money we spent on the wedding" when talking about the services that OBEC provided.

Before hiring OBEC, my wife and I were feeling really overwhelmed about all the remaining details we needed to plan for our 150 person wedding. We hired OBEC about 6 months before our wedding and Ellie, our awesome planner, was able to immediately put our minds at ease about where we were in the planning process and also provide us with some helpful plans for getting the remaining work done. She was so kind and organized that we knew we had made the right decision right away.

Our favorite part of working with Ellie was how easy it was to ask her for specific help or advice and she would always say 'Yes, absolutely!'. She just always had our end goal in mind.

I definitely recommend OBEC for wedding planning, whether you need just a day-of coordinator or a partial or full planner, you'll be happy you did. Among other things, you'll get peace-of-mind while you continue to plan, and then on the day-of, you'll be blown away at the incredible job they do with setup and tear down of your design/decor/setup.

One of my favorite memories was seeing the smile on my wife's face when she saw the table setup done by OBEC. It was exactly how we'd imagined.
