Can’t say enough wonderful things about our visit to Olive Garden in Parma. Our server, Cara was fantastic! Extremely friendly and attentive. Recommended an appetizer that was fabulous! We came for the return of the Stuffed Chicken Marsala and Steak Gorgonzola-both better than we remembered. 10/10 recommend this Olive Garden and ask for Cara’s section…you won’t be disappointed.

I had chicken tortellini which had a tad of raw chicken, brought the manager over and compensated my entree for me. She even offered to replace the entree. My girlfriends shrimp dish was very good, as well as our appetizers.
We had a very great woman named Dee as our server and couldnt have been happier with her! She made us feel very comfortable, and explained anything we had questions about.

I went on a Tuesday at 5 pm. There was no wait. The server was attentive. The food was good. The restaurant was quiet so you could have a nice conversation with your dinner people and be able to hear everything.

Absolutely phenomenal, the service was perfect, The lovely woman waiting on us was new , but so kind and fantastic. The food was just 💯 percent perfect, and everything was clean ,and cozy. I'm looking forward to returning many times to come ! As always, tip your servers well.

I am so extremely disappointed in the food that I received today. I’ve eaten at this Olive Garden numerous of times and never have I ever received something as awful as the food that I’ve received today. I don’t know if the employees are getting lazy, or whatever the case may be, but there should absolutely be no reason that i received a fettuccine alfredo bowl with dry noodles and 2 big globs of Alfredo sauce slapped onto my noodles. On top of that, I don’t even want to eat the food, not just because there’s 2 giant globs of Alfredo sauce molded onto my noodles. But ALSO because my food tastes as if it were sitting outside overnight. As a regular, I’m extremely disappointed and will not be coming back to this establishment considering how drastic the food has gone down hill over the past couple of years.

A good experience. But the only thing that I did not like is the fact that the parking lot has been overtaken by handicap spots and curbside spots. Now don't get me wrong I'm not against handicap spots I'm against the lack of regular parking spots the parking lot was full I ended up parking in one of the curbside spots because there were no more spots they're like tons of curbsides and no regular spots stop it.🙄 There are a lot of businesses that seem to be doing this and I personally think it's stupid but hey🤷. But now that I've got that out the way I had a nice time the food was decent the drinks were good the servers were phenomenal
