11/29 I rode on Molly the Trolley. I was supposed to ride on Pork Chop. But it broke down. We waited patiently for our rides. It was so much laughter on our ride. I loved it. Kids were on too. Our driver was awesome. He told they will adding more houses too. Thank you I will be riding again. Get some friends & family to ride.

Took the tour last night and here are the things I wish I would have known before the holiday lights tour.

1) You can load before 5:45 and if you’re a party of 3 or more…get there early or you won’t likely be able to sit together. We did not and we arrived at 5:40.
2) Pee before you arrive, the bathroom at the bar is gross
3) You’re sitting on a park bench in the bus, so bring something cushy for your rump. (There are two padded benches available…but those were taken)
4) There are kids on this tour and don’t expect parents to actually parent them. They 100% ruined this experience for us.
5) Bring a towel to wipe the windows down. They Fog up easily & you can’t see.
6) IF you’re on a full bus and not sitting with your party..ask if there is another bus coming. We did not sit together on a packed bus and were not given the option or did we even know there was a second bus coming to accommodate the need. The second bus pulled up next to us at the end and 2 couples of 2 exited. How much better of a customer experience this would have been if the driver would have communicated that.

0/10 recommend to any adult party. Not worth $38.
100/10 recommend they offer an adults only Holiday Lights tour with less people per bus.

Deb with Ollie the Trolley is fantastic! My parents decided to try and make it for Christmas this year and we had already gotten tickets for the light tour for the 23rd for my family and the tour was sold out. I reached out to Deb and she amazingly started another trolley for that night and now my family, my parents and my sister and her husband can join us. Now that's customer service!! PS they are great transportation for corporate events too!

Went on Ollie the trolley tonight 12/6/24. Our driver Melvin was amazing and made the best of a horrible situation. On the way back our bus stalled, approximately 830-840pm we were only 10 miles from the meetup point. The bus continued to stall repeatedly turning the 10 mile drive into an hour drive home. The bus driver did the best he could with a failing bus. The emergency number that we repeatedly called (Deb Skinner) wouldn’t not pick up. When we finally got a hold of her there was no resolution. They never sent another bus to pick us up even though the other tours were finished and there should have been another bus to pick us up. We finally made it back at 940pm and walked the little ways back to our cars. Keep in mind it’s 32 degrees outside and we had kids on the bus. I expected better from the company, what would have happened if the bus never actually started back up? We stalled in the middle of 2 intersections and on busy roads. With little power we had the windows kept fogging up and the driver couldn’t see. The whole experience was extremely unsafe for everyone on board. If they had just sent another bus or had any kind of backup plan this post wouldn’t exist.

I was on Ollie the Trolley (Porkchop) this past weekend and had such a wonderful time! My cousin and his wife booked Ollie for their wedding day and it was the perfect addition. Our driver was friendly and helped escort anyone who needed help down from the stairs of the bus. I would highly recommend Ollie for your wedding day or other event transportation needs.

We paid almost $700 for a 20-person bus to take the wedding party to the venue from the hotel. It was advertised as a luxury wedding transport but it was a very hot day and the driver did not know how to turn on the AC. The seats were also dirty and there was no music. For paying that much money I thought it would be a way nicer experience. Just use that money to get a limo for your wedding and it will be way nicer.

A minibus is what came and picked us up. It didn't say "luxury transportation" exactly but the website does have the terms "sophisticated" and "upscale". The driver did figure out how to turn the AC on eventually but then it started pouring water on the bridal party in the back. The driver also did not know how to get to the venue and the website says that they are supposed to know the route ahead of time. I would just think that paying $700 would get us a nicer bus. I am sure the trolleys are nice but that is not what we got.

Fun time AND above and beyond kindness/costumer service!

A group of friends and I have been talking about doing an Ollie the Trolley tour for the last 3 years. We finally did the Bloody Mary tour this weekend, and it did not disappoint! I’m glad we decided to do it on a weekend, because we had way too much fun to have to go to work the following day! Additionally, they let us change our drink orders so we weren’t committed to Bloody Mary’s all day (just had to let them know). Game changer! This way we weren’t “wasting” our drink tickets at each stop.

Most importantly, the costumer service from the owners (George and Deb) was above and beyond. A friend lost his phone and we contacted the emergency line, Deb, listed on the website. She text us right back and arranged a time for us to come down and take a look (even though George had looked the day of). I couldn’t believe how kind and accommodating they were - it really showed us their honest and kind nature.

I will be promoting/praising Ollie the Trolley - public tours, private tours, ANY tours for the sheer fact that we were treated with such kindness. AND… had a great time!

Thanks again Deb & George!

We used Ollie the Trolley as part of a funeral procession and Deb/ George could not have been anymore helpful and kind to our family. It was a perfect way to celebrate a life well lived. Would certainly recommend.
