Honestly, it's not that bad of a place to work. The pay is really bad and forget about raises, but if you are a local looking for something new or a college student looking for flexible work, then I would recommend working here. During my time at onshore, the company served as a stepping stone company who's goal was to aid people into a new career field. When I quit for another job, the company was trying to change that image and focus on employ retention. Whether they have taken steps to do that or not, I do not know. Come to Onshore if you want experience and eventually opportunity elsewhere, if you only care about making alot money, then this probably isn't the place for you. Again, the company could be different now, as it was trying to change from a stepping stone company to something better.
