Have taken many day trips with Orange Belt. They are very reliable. They typically include a host who handles tickets and can provide assistance. All buses can carry walkers or scooters if needed for the handicapped. Buses are clean, and I have never experienced any mechanical problems.

For my birthday my hubby and I to Sugar Pine it was a three hour drive each way It was 106 in Bakersfield when we left We were on more than 10 miles out of town when the host told us there was no air conditioning on the bus we could not go back and get another bus. we were offered a small boodle of water. There were two buses going my bus was behind when we got to our stop we were tired hot and got off the bus knowing we still had to return in that bus. we were laugh at from the people in the first bus. I didn't know it at the time but for two days I was sick Orange Belt SHAME ON YOU if you didn't check the air what else didn't you check on the bus was the brakes Ok ? were the tires Ok? I don't know if I will ever take another Orange Belt bus again
