I’ve ordered bearings there 4 times. Each time was wrong. The third time I even pointed out what to order in their computer and still got a completely different bearing. On the last visit I went up there I was frustrated. The young man laughed while I was trying to explain. He said he laughed because he looked at something on his phone like that was suppose to fix everything. Stay off your phone while tending to a customer, or don’t, lost me as a customer. This is not the first time parts I’ve ordered was wrong but it will be the last, I’d rather get cheap Chinese crap from Amazon then deal with the laughing, it was like a slap in my face.

Today, I had came into O’Reillys to get a headlight repair, a guy named Zach helped me put the headlight in and went well beyond what I expected, great personality and very respectful! I had come into a couple of days prior and was told by a younger gentleman that they aren’t allowed to go into the parking lot after dark. Will definitely be coming back to see this gentleman again!

I have been a loyal customer but that stopped today. I ordered an axle last week and they forgot to order it and ordered another 1 and it was the wrong 1. Got the axle somewhere else. Went in yesterday to get seals and had to help the young kid find the part. He had to get them from another store. He said they would be there at 12. I called the store and ask if the parts were there and ZACK said they weren't. I told him they said lunch and he informed me 1 o'clock is lunch. What a smart ass. Done with Oreillys in Lincoln. Incompetent and rude!

I would like to say thank you to Josh and his team members at the store I purchase something not at his store it was at an AutoZone in Pell City and Josh done his best to try to help me out today 4/15/25 I finally got it taken care of at a different store 45 minutes away from my house but if you need anything any help please go talk to Josh and his team members

I don't write many reviews, but I feel extremely compelled to give a 5 star review specifically for Josh at this specific location. He answered the phone 30 minutes before closing time. I had popped a radiator hose on I-20 while towing my camper, with the wife and little ones at 730 pm just before labor day. Sitting on the side of I-20 with evening traffic flying buy, we desperately needed a simple radiator house. I kindly asked Josh if he could drop the part of to me as I was about 5 mins away from the store. His manager had indicated to him that he could drop the part off to me about 30 minutes later after they closed the store. Josh came to our rescue and delivered exactly what I needed to get going back home and out of harms way. I couldn't be more thankful for Josh going above and beyond in this situation. This guy deserves some recognition from corporate and a bonus! WE NEED MORE GUYS LIKE THIS BEHIND THE COUNTER! THANK YOU!!!
