Sadly, our travel advisor left us hanging when things went wrong at the very beginning of an international trip that OHT arranged. A travel agency/agent is only as good as the service partners they recommend. As we are currently sitting in the Philadelphia airport with no means to get to our international destination on a trip coordinated by and purchased thru OHT, (cancelled flight by recommended airline) hearing our travel advisor say “Now that you’ve checked in, this is no longer our responsibility” is absolutely infuriating. As a business person who travelled extensively, and used a corporate travel agency to coordinate all trips, I can confidently tell you this behavior would not have been tolerated.
