Teresa did an AMAZING job as my day-of wedding coordinator at Farmstead Long Meadow Ranch in Saint Helena!
The months leading up to the wedding were the most stressful, and Teresa was always so kind, helpful, and organized. She made sure all my vendors were ready to go, and was always very responsive to my emails, calls, or texts.

But the day of, was where she really shined. She was on-top of her game making sure everything ran perfectly, checking in with me when things were running behind schedule, and remembering the smallest details.
Not only is she very good at her job, but her bubbly personality made me feel happy and at ease. Since I am a perfectionist who did a lot of the pre-wedding planning, this is saying a lot! I felt comfortable letting go and enjoying the moment, knowing that Teresa had it handled.
Many of my guests that work in the industry also commented on what a great job Teresa did.

Thank you Teresa for making our wedding day so perfect! It was everything I imagined and more!

Words alone can not describe how amazing Teresa and Over The Top Event & Parties are! Teresa went above and beyond through the entire wedding planning process from brainstorming, planning, follow-up, to the execution on the day of. My wife and I reached out to Teresa after stumbling on her yelp page and reading the reviews from her previous customers. During our initial call with Teresa, she made sure to spend time answering all of the questions that we had about her services and experience with DIY weddings. She really is the real deal. After we got off the call with her, we knew for sure we wanted her to be our day of coordinator. During the weeks leading up to the wedding, Teresa would make herself available and constantly check in with us to make sure we felt confident and were on track to complete all the necessary tasks we discussed. On the day of the wedding, there were a bit of urgent changes that came up due to the weather and Teresa communicated all the last-minute changes to our vendors. Teresa was super accommodating to us and the vendors and made sure everything went smoothly as planned. Her day of coordination skills are next level, I am extremely blown away by everything that Teresa and her team did for us. Looking back at our wedding day, we couldn't have done it without Teresa's help. She helped coordinate and make our wedding into one of our most memorable days and I would not hesitate to hire Teresa and her team again for future events.

UC Davis Alpha Phi used Over the Top to rent chairs, tables, tents, and linens for our formal recruitment this fall. I was thrilled by the service I recieved and the quality of the materials we were given. Teresa specifically was beyond helpful in coordinating with me and took my calls and crazy times around my class schedule. They were efficient and prompt for set-up and tear-down. I could not rave about our experience more! We will absolutely be using their services in the years to come.

Teresa was a terrific help in planning our wedding reception. She helped us pick all our vendors, gave us thoughtful suggestions on how to class it up, and, most importantly, did all the work coordinating day of logistics. It was so great to just show up at your party and not do any work. Teresa was responsive, professional, and I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. Teresa was amazing, she did a great job throughout the wedding planning process. She toured our venue with us before hand, made a schematic of the venue with vendor placement, helped plan out and facilitate the day. Everything went smoothly! I have worked with Teresa twice. The first time for my baby shower and again for my daughter's first birthday party. Her work is impeccable. She perfectly executed my vision. She is very professional and delivers on every promise and then some. Both events have long passed but I am still get compliments from our guests.
