vacasa. NEVER AGAIN. do this at your own risk.check out my review on booking. this vacation nightmare started at check in and did not end untill check out FOUR DAYS LATER. I dont know what was worst living in a dilapidated 1.5 million dollar home for 4 days or all the broken promises of cooperate and local office to correct all the unacceptable issues with the home. it starts with no garage door opener, no functional kitchen supplies, not a single usable pan in the place and no pot for the coffee pot, a dirty stove, grill, hot tub with a broken cover, broken fire pit, non functional master bed or bathroom or tv in the living room for a temporary disabled renter. unkeep landscaping and noxious thistles everywhere. all patio furnature broken and falling apart. we reported this repeatedly to corporate bias text and phone and this they knew this the night we checked in and nothing but lip service for four days. once local office finally called and set an appointment for a walk through on our final day there was a no show. a tragedy. I lost nearly all my vacation time dealing with the vacation company. 23 edgewater. the homeowner needs to move to vip rental.

Booked a cabin in Pagosa Springs for a family snowboarding trip on thanksgiving weekend. The house was exactly as listed with some small finishes to make it feel more like home. The rental company was very responsive over the weekend even though it was the holidays and they were very nice. This is the 3rd time renting from them and it’s always been good.

I want to share my experience with Pagosa Central Management. Each time I have needed their services, their prompt attention to respond has been immediate. The home was immaculate, very tidy and attractive. Exactly as described in their ad. Randy and his staff are professional and courteous. I absolutely enjoyed myself and will most certainly reach out to Pagosa Central for my next stay.... can't wait to visit and rent one of their lovely homes again.

We got completely scammed by this company. They told us our original booking (through VRBO) had flooded and offered us a different home to stay at through their property management company. We agreed and they transferred over our deposit...or so we thought. We arrived at the 3Million dollar home to find one room infested with rats and the home in less-than-ideal condition (broken screen doors, dirty hot tub, dirty showers and bathrooms, broken appliances, etc.). However, we figured it had just not been as well maintained as it should have been and enjoyed it as best we could. When we departed, we left items we'd found in the home shoved in random places (an ipad included!) on the table, with the home in pristine condition. Literally cleaner than it was when we arrived. Following this, the company ceased all contact and gave us a fake one-star review on the home we'd initially booked. This resulted in me having to contact VRBO with proof of having never stayed at that home--and proof that we had not stayed at a VRBO home at all. They let me know that this is a common scam tactic these days, and that clearly that's what we had dealt with. I have attempted to contact this company on 5 separate occasions regarding the 1K deposit I put down on the home and their failure to issue its refund with zero response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM OR USE THEM TO RENT OUT YOUR HOME.

We had a wonderful experience on our framily trip to Pagosa Springs. Our vacation home rental was through pagosa central mgmt reservations and they were amazingly helpful, available and responded to phone calls and emails within a very professional amount of time. Randy and Amanda both have our gratitude in helping make our vacation a 5 star experience! We will definitely be back and will gladly use their services upon our return. Thanks again!

I have been doing business with this company for 20 years. They are very professional and responsible I have never had a complaint. They are fair trustworthy and always respond quickly no matter what time of day it is.
Their staff are all friendly and professional and responsible.
They have local knowledge that can not be beat.

Had only one booking during ski season. Both guests and I were charged cleaning fees. Returned to property to find dirty floors, newspapers packed in a corner, and a filthy oven with baked on crud that took me 2 days to clean.
