This was such a beautiful venue to get married at. Helen and Nicole played such an integral part of our wedding planning and day of coordination. They helped us bring our year long vision to life and then some! Helen was especially amazing as she was able to help us resolve all of our hiccups during the day of our wedding. Our day definitely would not have been the same without her leading the way! Helen's next couple will be very lucky to have her as their day of wedding coordinator!

As a vendor, having a cohesive and reliable team is crucial, and the team at The Palms Event Center in Pleasanton truly delivered. As a Wedding Coordinator, planning every detail of a wedding can be stressful for the wedding party, vendors, bride + groom alike, but it makes all the difference when the venue staff is as supportive and attentive as the team at The Palm Event Center.

A special shout-out to Carly, who was exceptional every step of the way. She's incredibly sweet and can be trusted to uphold any task/requests asked of her. There are many times that she went above and beyond, so our team, along with the bride and groom, are very appreciative of the work she accomplished. Carly was attentive and proactive during her time on-site as well as the days leading up to the event. When she left later in the evening (after most of the wedding program was complete), she introduced the coordination team to her night staff, who continued to provide the level of unwavering excellent support. I truly appreciate working with a team that is passionate about their work, and it's clear that the staff at The Palm Event Center is well-supported and cares about their role. They were always ready to jump in and assist with any request from the couple.

The in-house catering was fantastic and such a hit with the guests, especially their large portions for dinner — compliments to the chef! The staff treated the vendors with the same level of care as the wedding guests, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They were on top of every detail and handled the challenges of the day with ease. The bride and groom had an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that Carly and her team at The Palms are worth every penny. They’ve truly mastered the art of making a wedding as perfect as can be.

we celebrated our college reunion on Dec 4, 2023 with colleagues from all over the US. Our event was a success!! EVERYONE was awed. A classmate from NY shared she felt important. The servers came in unison, elegant and courteous. Ambience- 5/5, service, 5/5, food- 5/5, location- 5/5, privacy amd safety-5/5.
Our coordinators Julia (especially) and Jennifer were very attentive, helpful, and so easy to work with. The best! Would definitely recommend!

I attended AREAA's (a real estate group) installation gala at the Palm Event Center last night. This is the first time I visited this venue, several things I like about it:

1) Plenty of parking on site, gravel/paved walkway leading to the venue, no problem for ladies in heels!! =) Why is this important? It was pouring earlier, nobody wants to walk on muddy road, right?

2) Great ambiance and beautiful venue! Plenty of room to walk around and mingle. Great backdrop for pictures too

3) The food is decent. I had salad, cod, and bread pudding w/ chocolate. Dessert is a bit too sweet for my liking. Service was great, staffs are attentive.

My experience at Palm Event Center was absolutely phenomenal. We recently got married in May of 2024! From the moment we walked in, we were completely drawn away by the stunning modern aesthetic of the venue. The staff at Palm Event Center were so welcoming and helpful, making sure every little detail was taken care of.

Nicole, our coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning of the planning process all the way to the end of our event, she was there every step of the way ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and level of professionalism truly set Palm Event Center apart from other venues.

The entire team at Palm Event Center went above and beyond to make our event unforgettable. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect.
