What a stunning RV resort. The grounds are kept so clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a week and had a great time. The pools are warm and there are 2 hot tubs, so many activities to attend on a daily basis if you are interested. Several pickleball courts which are also available to play in the evenings. The sunsets are always stunning to view. Would highly recommend!

I have spent 14 winters at the Palms RV Resort and it is an absolutely amazing place to live. The Park is aesthetically stunning and well maintained. As a pet owner, I must say it is the best dog friendly park we have ever stayed at. It features 2 fenced off-leash areas, one for the little guys and another for the larger dogs. The staff has always behaved in a professional manner. The two pools and the two hot tubs are well taken care of and The Cabana Bar gives us the sense of being truly on a holiday. The ballroom is spacious, and among the amenities available are the gym, the game room, the library, a card room, a craft room, a pottery studio etc. The Park also features a tennis court and a pickle ball court. I recommend the Palms RV Resort to anyone who is looking for a winter home or even for year-round living. You won’t be disappointed!

Large RV sites, clean , friendly people, dog park , gated. Great location between Yuma town and the Foothills . Many Classes and events. Spacious pool area , hot tubs, with cabana, good food , and occasionally there is live music. This is my second season as a renter , and look forward to purchasing a lot. They have more homes going up this year. Much more construction traffic and noise in park Would like to see more maintenance done at pool area. Tiles and grout are crumbling around pool and hot tub. It was obvious last year and I wonder why it was not fixed during the off season. The deferred maintenance is a concern. Lot owners volunteer to maintain trails, fix lounge chairs, set up chairs for big events, sweep streets, pick up garbage and numerous other duties . My hats are off to lot owners because they care! I noticed Less paid workers this season than last year and more responsibilities on security personnel. Seems like more changes down the road . Would like to see the plans up front prior to purchasing.

We often stay in the Florida Keys. They have the highest RV park prices in our country because you’re usually sitting alongside the ocean shore with spectacular views. Palms RV Resort prices rival the Keys prices…without the ocean and in Yuma. I don’t think this place really wants to be an RV park. They are clearly making their money off of the permanent structures in the park, and they’re biding their time until all the land is sold off. Even now, you can rent an RV site between two houses. One thing I have to say though, is for the crazy high prices for parks in the Keys, we always have WiFi…not in Palms RV though (unless you go to one particular building in the park). Exorbitant prices, and they can’t even throw in the Wifi. It’s a pretty park, but it’s not worth it.

Made the drive to Yuma from Tucson. We went to the palms RV park to see bluegrass star Ronda Vincent. Ronda and her band put on a heck of performance. The RV park held the show in there ball room which held around 700 people and it was sold out. They served a dinner before the show and they had a full bar right outside the doors of the ballroom. The park it self was easy to get to off interstate 8 and it was huge but well maintained and very very posh. The residents were very warm and welcoming and made me and my friends feel comfortable. Well worth the 3 hour drive from Tucson. I would think it would be a nice retirement community to live in seeing that they bring in big entertainment. Thank you all at the RV Palms..

Although we just did an overnight stay with some friends this is a beautiful resort. However, it's Yuma. 85 deg in March. $75/night in a rental spot. Very well kept, lots of activities, 55 and older resort. Not my cup of tea but folks seem to like it.
