Went there for overheating car said it was a water pump after months of waiting finally put it together for them to tell me supercharger that is connected to water pump was also bad which should have been seen after being apart the first time. Said they were very busy and trying to get to it, I called multiple times to check on status, must not be to worried about time when taking vacation for a week at least twice. Took nine months to for me to get my car back worst experience I've had dealing with a mechanic!

Had my alternator replaced after the dealership diagnosed the problem and quoted me $1100. Palo Auto Repair was able to get me in the very next morning and replaced my alternator for $545. Everything is running great now and I would recommend making Palo Auto Repair your go to shop.

Was having problems with tire tire wear so Joe replaced the ball joints and the Pitman arm And maxed out my torsion bars to help with wheel alignment.. The vehicle drove terrible after that I couldn't even back out the garage with it out of making noise. After looking into a further the torsion bars are not to be maxed out in order to drive decent also the control arm bushings were shot . Couldn't figure out why my vehicle drove so bad Joe didn't say a word about the control arm bushing's being shot and I'm not sure how you could possibly align a vehicle when your control arm bushings are ruined . Joe seemed like a great guy and seemed like he was worried about the quality of work done but totally missed the ball on this one
