My wife and I were so lucky to have Kalen Lewis as our wedding coordinator! Planning such a big wedding can seem very stressful but Kalen made it such a fun and stress free experience! From day one of planning, Kalen was ready to take on anything and everything. She made our job so easy. Everything was written out and accounted for down to the smallest details. She scheduled multiple meetings with us to insure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and all of our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful the entire day was and how perfect everything went. It’s all thanks to Kalen and her team! Of course there are always things that can go wrong on wedding day, however, anything that did come up on our day Kalen was ready to correct it right away and keep everything flowing smoothly. If you’re looking for an amazing wedding coordinator for your special day then Kalen Lewis is the way to go!

Where do I even begin? Holly and her team are INCREDIBLE. I worked closely with Holly in the months leading up to my wedding and she was quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls and always put my needs first. A few days before my wedding, I had the normal pre-wedding jitters and was very emotional and had a lot of anxiety, and I texted Holly asking for some advice, and she called me right away (it was 8:30 at night!!) and she was so sweet and talked me through how I had absolutely nothing to worry about, she has my back, and my day would be perfect! I started to cry happy tears because in that moment, I knew I had the best planner and that I had zero worries going forward. Holly is creative, she is kind, she’s fun, and she works SO HARD. I could not recommend her enough!!!

Holly and Kalen are absolutely amazing. Paper Heart events are the best at what they do. My wedding was flawless and ran without any issues. I had no worries or stress and was able to just enjoy the day. They helped me through every step and communication was so simple and efficient. Even my mother was blown away by their efficiency. I would recommend them to anyone!
