I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful outdoor wedding at Park Crest in April, and it was a lovely experience! The venue features a fantastic outdoor area where the ceremony took place, complete with an open-air raised bar. As dusk fell, attendees moved to the indoor venue where the food and tables were set up. There was a stage for the live band, with the indoor facility being very spacious and elegantly decorated. Additionally, there was an outdoor area for friends and family who preferred to enjoy the night air. Very nice and beautiful place to host your events!

My client’s wedding was hosted here. The center is beautiful. The food was really good! The only issues are parking and bathrooms both there could be more of. The team that took care of us was very kind and not pushy. I feel they are very competitively priced for all that you get and the amazing chef they have. There are two floors and a huge outdoor space plenty of opportunities to make it whatever you want.

Attended a wedding here recently. Rude staff with cold mannerisms. Food was almost mediocre AT BEST. My friend, the bride, on her WEDDING DAY had so many issues with the staff providing the services they were well aware that they had to do. She should NOT have had to come up to me in the middle of her wedding, upset that staff had ruined things she'd worked very tirelessly on planning.

Contrary to what park crest has responded to my review, I have never known member of the staff at this facility. I attended a wedding in June of this year, the staff was so unorganized, rude and all in all unhelpful. The bar staff was on their phone each time we tried ordering a drink, and the bathrooms in the place were NASTY. I’m shocked this is what you get on the inside when you book such a beautiful place. Each negative review that has been left they seem to have an excuse of some sort. You know what they say, if the shoe fits🤷🏻‍♀️

I attended a wedding at Park Crest and found the food service staff very impersonal and curt and the food mediocre, except for the chicken which was less than mediocre. I thought I was going to choke to death on it, it was so dry. I was only a guest, so I didn't deal with any other staff, but I did hear rumblings from the wedding party about how horrible of an experience it had been.

My fiancé and family went to see the venue and let’s just say, AWFUL experience overall. Hayden rushed us the entire time, even after I asked her to slow down for my disabled mom to catch up. Didn’t offer information, unless I asked, and even when I asked I was given one word responses. She was in another room half of the time, trying to avoid us and her job. I felt like we were playing hide and seek. For someone who was seriously considering this venue as it was my top choice, I don’t recommend it at all after the treatment I was given, and poor services overall. Not worth your time or money.

We were given a tour today by the rudest staff member, Hayden. She rushed our tour to the point where my mother couldn’t even physically keep up. I told her we felt rushed and that she couldn’t keep up, she just smiled and continued. Her answers were short and one worded the whole time. Even on the phone days prior. She clearly did not want to help us or want us there. It’s really unfortunate because the venue was beautiful but we will not be choosing it over the terrible customer service.
