Rooms were not prepared.

2 sets of towels in family suite.
No sheets for sleeper sofa.
Called front desk to have someone run these up to our room but they said they don’t do that and I had to come down to front desk to get them.

Only people working at check in were the 2-3 at front desk.

The name is “Park Hotel Conference Center and Bar.”

Apparently no bar. Said the bar moved out.

No continental breakfast.

Pool is closed with no plans to open it.

Room was missing TV.

Room wasn’t dusted. Countertops had significant amount of dust.

Kitchenette had no utensils, plates, anything in it. Cupboards were bare.

Granite countertops were broken off with sharp jagged edges.

Bathroom door falling apart.

If you aren’t looking for much and just a place to sleep then this would be ok. But if you want a nice stay then choose somewhere else.

Good lord, this was the worst hotel experience. Breakfast at the hotel was to start at 6am, but it didn’t open until late. We paid for a special set up in the bedroom, but it was not taken care of, even though they charged us. Argued with the hotel manager until she saw on her end that they did indeed charge us for this special set up. Staff were friendly to us of course after that. Staff were unprofessional. Some were late for their shift. How do I know this, because the front desk person and waitress told us.

Was a dependably clean and comfortable room. Looks to have been converted to a Holiday Inn from a much more luxurious hotel attached to a restored large playhouse. Only downside was the immediate neighborhood seemed a little sketchy; at least on the night I was there.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We did not have much contact with staff, so I cannot comment on their politeness or possible lack thereof, but the hotel, itself, was not up to the Holiday Inn standard. You expect a certain standard when you book a Holiday Inn, but this place was no better than a Super 8 motel, and that is being nice. There was hair in the bathroom on the toilet and in the tub; the hot water was lukewarm at best; someone spilled, what appeared to be, coffee in the lobby and it laid there during our entire stay; after we came back in the morning, it was still there; the elevator had some type of marking, perhaps graffiti; a garbage can was overflowing with trash and stayed like this during our entire stay in the front of the hotel; there were beer bottles all over the steps leading into the property, and the parking lot; there were cigarette butts and busted flower pots littered around the property, as well, and there was literal filth and grime in the tile gout in the entire bathroom. This hotel does not live up to the Holiday Inn standard and the chain, itself, should be ashamed to allow this location to use their brand.

The room was clean for the most part. A nasty stain on the chair, bed was hard as a rock, the sink was plugged, and the free breakfast only consistented of waffles.

I wish I could give negative stars. We stayed this past weekend, the morning of check-in I called to tell them we would be checking in around 7pm. They then said the elevator was broken but that it would “be okay”. Never said where my room was, while my reservation said 2 kids. When I got there at 7pm we were told our room was on the 5th floor. I had my 3 year old toddler and my 2 year old severely autistic son that we had to try to carry up FIVE flights of steps. We wasn’t even made aware 24 hours beforehand so we could make a reservation somewhere else entirely. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS!! I’ve tried to reach out several different ways to receive some sort of partial reimbursement from the hotel (not even asking for a full) but they have absolutely declined and basically said it was my fault!! I couldn’t even express my concern to any workers because no one was at the desk at check out. I had to leave a voicemail! I also received back a very unprofessional message back by a PREVIOUS employee in their Facebook page!
