The owner is Amazing! Being 7 months pregnant with a toddler and a job, it was impossible to plan my shower. Sharlene literally took all the stress away. I told her the theme I wanted and my budget and she executed it! She even added custom made items like vases. Now my family and friends can keep a memory of this celebration forever!
I would have paid any amount of money for the service she provided. All I had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves 💛

Sharlene is wonderful. I sent her the design I wanted and she executed the look perfectly. When she arrived to set things up she did more than I even paid for I cant be anymore grateful. My daughters first birthday party was beautiful thanks to you. Sharlene you and your team are wonderful and I will definitely be doing business with Party Galore in the future. My aunt recommended me to her because she did a phenomenal job at a previous event of hers. If you are interested in booking with someone with great customer service and reasonable pricing I would definitely recommend Party Galore.

Nice space off main road in waterbury. Sharlene the owner is very kind, transparent and listens to what you want.
She is very direct, YES, but to the point and will tell you what she can deliver.
I used her to decorate for my wedding at my venue, for my grad party and numerous times for balloon arches and Easter bunny baskets. 360 photobooth was a hit as well. If you are unhappy with something , she does listen but doesn't allow to be stepped on either. I recommend her to decorate and make your visions come true and will continue to use her.

Owner very rude. She doesn't give customers what she says is included. SHE RENTS OUT DIRTY CHAIRS AND COUCHES, curtains were dirty with the backdrop. Desert glass table was so filthy that the cake lady refused to put the cake on her table. Treats were suppose to be in increments of a dozen each and she gave about 7 of each. She had the audacity to charge $1600 for a backdrop, couch, treats and 10 small centerpieces.. what a freaking rip off this chick is, I would've taken her to court in a heartbeat
