Great communication for set up, and take down. Very easy to work with, answered any questions I had. Made sure everything was all set & ready to go before they left as well. Would recommend & use again.

Excellent customer service from the main office. The team doing drop off was also great, friendly and knowledgeable. They picked up while we were out, but that seemed to go smoothly as well. My only issue was that the unit was dirty/full of grass - I was surprised, but was able to clean it up before the party started.

The whole process was flawless.

From the ease of the website, to speaking to Joy in the office, text updates, all the way till they picked it back up.

The set up crew was spectacular and they let me adjust the angle about 15 times ( we wanted to make sure we could see the kids from the area we were sitting at) before securing it to the ground. We already are planning our rentals for an event in September and Party Patrol is at the top of our list.

Honestly, if you don’t rent from PP you aren’t doing it right.

We used party patrol recently for my son’s 4th birthday after using them for my daughter’s fifth a year prior. We love the bounce house with the slide in it, perfect for kids their age. They are responsive, timely and carry insurance if anything were to happen. Would recommend for your next event!
