Visiting Pasadena turned into a frustrating experience when I received a parking citation due to confusing signage. Despite submitting a detailed appeal and diligently following up, the process was a nightmare. The lack of communication and difficulty reaching the processing department added unnecessary stress. To add insult to injury, they slapped a hefty late penalty on my citation. Even after the appeal was supposedly upheld, the website failed to reflect this accurately. Pasadena seems more focused on revenue than fairness, with every department seemingly complicit in perpetuating this corrupt system. Buyer beware: your wallet might take a hit in Pasadena's parking maze.

A bus driver nearly killed a pedestrian and voted it was the pedestrians fault when the driver was distracted, age discrimination exists as they assume peoples age and want to charge minors full fare, and they have ignorant new drivers assuming that access tap cards are invalid for a plus one. Please educate your drivers

The 31 bus was being very discrimination toward the black passagers. They didn't have any money so they ask him can the get a free ride but he said no. But a latino got on for free.
