Our experience with Pat's was fantastic. Our original idea was to have a block-party wedding - we did not want a formal wedding. I'm so happy we found Pat's because they truly gave us what we were looking for. Brett is the coordinator there he is very nice and easy to work with. We brought in a few other vendors and Brett and his team helped incorporate all of them. It unfortunately rained... but since everything was already covered, we were able to shift some of the plans and make everything work very well. The greenery you're surrounded by at Pat's makes for a beautiful backdrop in your photos. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Turned out beautiful and had so much fun.

I am a wedding photographer and recently photographed a wedding at Pat's 30 acres on a rainy spring day in May. The venue is a flexible and spacious blank canvas with plenty of covered areas for guests to stay dry during the wedding celebrations. The reception/dining space is adorned with romantic string lights, and the cocktail area is beautifully lit with a large dance floor near the bar. The well-maintained grounds provide a perfect setting for lawn games and outdoor ceremonies, with natural cover from large trees and a picturesque pond in the backdrop. Pat's 30 acres is an ideal choice for couples seeking a casual vibe and the freedom to bring in their own catering team. It's a fantastic venue for a wedding!

I find it very rude when you send an email and get no response about a venue you're interested in. Ended up having my wedding at the Beachwood community center, which was awesome, So thank you pats, for not getting back to me.

I recently had a wedding at Pats 30 acres with around 140 guests and even given it raining most of the day, and into the reception, Brett and his staff were the most helpful and caring people I could have asked for. During the rainstorm they went above and beyond making sure the day went smoothly, which it did. Brett managed our entire wedding and he was nothing but easy going and helpful during the entire process. Planning a wedding is a tough task and Brett was nothing but positive through it all. The property is beautiful and was a wonderful setting for my bride and I to share our most special day. We even had a brunch the next day, which granted was a much nicer day, but it went just as well. They served all our guests breakfast after a long night of partying. To finish up, we were worried that it would rain and even though it did, it really went as well as I hoped.

this is an amazing place for an outside venue! we had a reunion of sorts. the food was great and the staff amazing!

Nice venue for an outdoor event. Beautiful location in the woods with a pond. There are several covered areas to get out of the sun (or if the weather isn't perfect).
Just a couple of notes. The entry is a dirt/gravel road and you park on the dirt. To get to the event area you will be walking across gravel, dirt and grass. This is not a problem for something like a picnic, I was there for a wedding. Consider appropriate footwear for the terrain.

Pats 30 acres has been nothing short but AMAZING! Brett and Dan have nothing been wonderful to work with! The venue is everything and anything you want it to be! The food is delicious and bartender Anthony is so much fun! We couldn’t of asked for a better night for our wedding. It was all we hoped and dreamed for and than some!! .. dan and Brett have been so accommodating and laid back throughout the whole process !! Can’t recommend this place enough!! All future events and weddings should 100000% be booked here! You will not regret it!
