This is one of the best bike experiences I have ever had. Not only the functionality and the bike itself, but the costumer service was above and beyond. Matt and Liz were both very personable, patience, and took the time to help me understand and be comfortable riding the bike. I am a petite girl, 4’10’’, and Matt helped customized the bike for me. The after-sale costumer service was top notch as well. I got the Element, and my experience with it has been wonderful. I will definitely recommend Pedego Fayetteville for my friends and families. They are amazing! I could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic experience with this company! While visiting Fayetteville, we decided use electric bikes and ride the Razorback Greenway trail. This was our first time on electric bikes and the owners made sure we were comfortable on the equipment and answered all of our questions. This was also our first time on the Greenway, and they made sure we knew where to go and gave suggestions on what to do, even making sure that we had paper and digital maps! Would totally recommend this company!

My wife and I are delighted with our Pedego bikes! Owners Liz and Matt have been wonderful to work with -- and patient when we test rode about five different bicycles each :-).
We're getting out on the trails as much as possible and having a blast. We're in our 60's, and having e-bikes makes the challenge of Fayetteville's steep hills FUN! We highly recommend Pedego bicycles, this shop, and these fine owners/people.

Listen… you will be hard pressed to ever find me on a non motorized bike again. I wasn’t in the market for a bike at the time but my roommate was, so we stopped at Pedego bike shop and test road the Element and Interceptor bikes. A month later I bought my very Blue Mag-wheel Element. It’s because of the quality of the product and the hospitality, kindness, patience, and willingness to help me understand the product from Matt and Liz that brought me back to buy the bike and keeps me going back just to stop by and say hi from time to time! I’m outside more, smiling more, and overall quality of life has improved, and it’s all thanks to Pedego :,) Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better service.

Highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes Fayetteville! This was our first e-bike experience and Matt made sure it exceeded all expectations. He asked all the right questions, ranging from our experience level to what we were hoping to accomplish throughout the day, then provided great insight and recommendations to make sure we could complete everything on our list in the time allotted. As an added bonus, he suggested several "must-do's" while in town, and they didn't disappoint! For a guy that prided himself on having only ridden tri/road bikes, this was unexpectedly much more enjoyable than I thought it would be. Definitely changed my opinion on e-bikes and will have to give them another go in the future.
