We had a great time visiting Kaiser the horse and Craig, his driver. Our tour was wonderful and informative. I even got to give Kaiser some carrots and pets. He's a sweetheart and a handsome fella. I especially enjoyed his protective hoof boots. The lap blankets available in the carriage were thoughtful on this chilly night. This was a great experience and I will recommend you. Well done!

Decided to do an impromptu carriage ride after seeing it around town. It was wonderful! An added bonus that our pup could join us. Kaiser is clearly well loved and well cared for, and we loved getting to give him a treat after our ride.

The older guy who’s the driver was short with me when I asked for reservation times. I don’t know if it’s because it felt like 80 degrees on a November day, but I did not feel a welcoming vibe from him at all. I would wait for a younger, more passionate; and people-friendly driver if you want to give them your business.

My fiancé and I had a great ride in the carriage. The horse was a beautiful draft boy! The driver was great and friendly and his two little dog companions were adorable. I also got to feed the horse his treat at the end of the ride. Loved it! Will definitely ride again.

Took a vacation to Hellen, me and my fiance went on the ride. Let me tell you what! If you're looking for a sure fire way to make your lady feel like a princess this is it! The man way very friendly had lots of suggestions on places to eat and things to do in and around Hellen. Kiser (horse) was very gentle and friendly! After our ride we got to give him treats and pet him. Would highly suggest to anyone looking for an experience to carry on with them for a lifetime.

My family had a great time on our trip around the city with the mighty Kaiser leading the way. He's a good boy, and very friendly. Our driver was courteous and friendly, and my daughter loved to pet his dog and the horse, Kaiser. I'm seeing some comments that he charges 25 a person. This is FALSE. It's clearly posted that it's $10 for each adult, and the ride was well worth that.

Another point I would like to make is that the ride is about 20 minutes long. You have to understand that this is a full size carriage full of people being pulled by a large animal uphill on pavement. He's a hard working boy, and deserves more respect than having people demand long tours while they are asking him to pull them around town. Just wanted to get that off my chest.

No I don't know the owner, I just felt the need to squash some inaccuracies in the comments.

Mr. Craig was very nice and his horse Kaiser was so mellow. For 21 years old, Kaiser was very strong and looked very healthy.
