The place itself is enjoyable and a good establishment for small buisness bowling, but they don’t advertise well enough that they have leagues at 5. We rented two games at 3, while they were busy with only two lanes open, they didn’t mention the league times starting while ringing out, and didn’t tell us what time we needed to be gone by. At 445 the manager/employee approaches me and tells me we have to “hurry it up” because leagues come in at 5 and if we don’t finish our game by the time they oil the lanes, we won’t be able to finish our game. It was unprofessional, and we had just paid 60$ for two games and shoes, and now we can’t finish our game because of leagues despite being paying customers. Not only that, the lane was constantly breaking and letting our pins not be fixed, which caused our game to slow even more. Overall, the establishment isn’t bad, but leagues and bowling times should be more established and shown rather than being just a piece of paper on a table.

The owner is always very rude and unfriendly. They also apparently close early “depending on the business…” so there was more than 45 minutes until they were scheduled to close but he wouldn’t let us purchase any more games. We also had a coupon for three games for $6.00 but then we weren’t allowed to play the third game because “we added a third person.” I’m sorry what? This was stated nowhere on the coupon and also makes no sense.
Also, on the coupon and also on their wall it states they close at 10 PM.

So honestly who knows at this point. Unfortunately there are no other bowling alleys nearby so this is the only option. I was also going to write a review the last time I came here because the owner was so incredibly rude but I didn’t. But it seems to be a pattern.

Put on a broken lane had to wait to switch. Almost $100 & left after one of our 3 games. Given multiple free game tickets not including shoes of course. Definitely has went down hill. Drive the extra couple minutes to Rossford!

There was only 1 person manning the entire store but he was very efficient and attentive. Got our family of 6 shoes and made us our food and drinks, put up our bumpers, got us a dinosaur for my toddler, and took care if all the other customers.

I needed another drink and he ran over to get it for me as quickly as one could.

The building is super clean and meets my standards. The bathrooms could use some updating but they work and are clean.

Then pizza wasn't bad either. Great place to bring your kids, bday parties or glow bowling. Lots of coupons out there including Groupon.

Inside is a relaxed atmosphere with such kind caring staff that really cares about your experience there. They go above and beyond to ensure there's hardly any stress and didn't seem to mind us allowing our kids to really party it up.

It's very small but very fun. They also have a pool table, which we used because everything was full. It was fun though.
