I have been on 6 tours with Pentacost and on all of them I was with Bishop Hying from a Wisconsin Diocese who led the tour.
The tours were Israel twice, France, Eastern European, Ireland, Spain and Turkey.
They were all terrific experiences even Israel for second time.
The lodging was top of the line and night experiences were outstanding!
I am going to Spain and Italy with them and the Bishop in 2024

Great company, very attentive staff, and well planned! I traveled to Ireland as a single passenger and met many lifelong friends. It was my first time out of the country and the company was able to answer all of my MANY questions.

They promised a wonderful pilgrimage. What we received was far from that. We didn't have time to get every where they promised, some places they had not booked us, others only half of us got to go. They subbed out the reservations to G2 out of Hong Kong. This should have been a trip of a life time instead it was stressful for all on the trip. They do little to nothing, they DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK as you travel, everything they push the responsibility and blame to others, as if we did not contract with them! What an unprofessional company. They gave us a few bucks back, only what there vendors would refund. One evening we had paid for dinner with the group but there was no reservations. We got that money back but where we are and paid because of that we had to pay much more, to bad for us, not there problem.

Pentecost Tours failed to inform me of an option to fly directly from LA to the start of a pilgrimage and I ended up paying an extra $353 dollars to get to New York which was the only gateway city mentioned in the brochure. They will not reimburse me and will not even own up to any fault in their failure to inform me. Many others on the pilgrimage were informed of the direct flights, at no additional cost, from the west coast.
