This review is long over due, but for good reason. No 5 star short and simple review would do it and I really needed to get my thoughts and opinions of this wonderful business in order.

To start, Josh and Shaynna are completely professional and down to earth. They are fun, friendly, and you can really tell that they absolutely LOVE planning events. Which makes it really easy and fun to work with them. Josh has AMAZING vision and style. He takes his work very serious. From our first meeting right down to the day of our event Josh and Shaynna made everything so easy. Josh took whatever basic ideas I had about anything we wanted or needed for our event and transformed it into something so PERFECT!!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Company Christmas Party. Joshs style and execution really blew us away. Our entire team loved the event. The decor, the service, the location, dealing with the caterers, & DJ. They handled it all!!

I especially loved how everything was personalized for us. It was something I didn’t even think to mention or ask for and it was such an awesome surprise. I also loved how the staff dressed to match our event which in my opinion elevated the entire look/vibe of the party.

Their services really made each of us at Perez Collision Center feel so special. We will forever trust Perfectly Planned Events for all our future party needs.

I’m only writing to give a solid honest and balanced review from my own experience with perfectly planned events so that I can say I did my part to give a well-rounded picture of their services. There were definitely organizational skills on Shayna’s part and Josh is truly passionate. That being said there was a very large disconnect when it came to helping me envision what I wanted for my wedding day. Additionally, when I did develop a vision, they really struggled to come up with examples of decor based off that vision. I would show people my vision board and they would say “I don’t know what else they need“. When I expressed this to them and how stressed I was, they were defensive, interrupted me constantly, and blamed me for confusing them. I had to come up with all the ideas to help me develop my vision (make a trip to Hobby Lobby, plan a trip to the venue, draw out a birds-eye view of the venue for setup purposes) and after all this, they would still stare at me and look at each other confused. I think Josh wants to be perfect and that held him back from giving me any examples to help me and Shayna’s defensiveness and tendency to interrupt and tactlessly offer advice just made my wedding planning more stressful not less. I don’t want to bring them down because no one is perfect but this was very disappointing and they charged $2,000 MORE than others who have more experience and have wedding decor in stock INCLUDED in their price. I was going to have to pay PPE $3,000 (which I did pay half of and didn’t get back) and then an additional $1,000 + for decorations from RSVP. I’m going with Lynn’s Unlimited Creations because they are reasonably priced and have decor in stock. Hope this helps.

Perfectly Planned Events exceeded our expectations at the Girls Inc. 90th anniversary party. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident in the balloon arch and decorations, which were perfect. The girls enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Thank you for a memorable party!

We had the privilege of working with Perfectly Planned Events for a Christmas Event they did a fantastic job. Easy to work with and they follow up quickly. Answered any questions that we had. Everything was so beautiful! They took so much time to make sure even the littlest of details were taken care of! From the back drops, center pieces, to the atmosphere that they help create with the party theme, everything was just wonderful! I will definitely be contacting them for my next event!
