They're quick to take your money but won't help you when problems occur after filing. Manuel prepared & filed my taxes. Identify Theft problem occurred after he filed & he refused to help me refile so I had to pay another Accountant to fix the problem. Not only that but the GOOD Accountant found ALOT of errors from Manuel. A GOOD Accountant helps & fixes your tax problems if they occur. A BAD one just takes your money to file them then you're on your own if problems occur. Get a GOOD HONEST Accountant!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I am giving one star because giving them no stars is not possible. Absolutely dissatisfied with their treatment. I’ve been trying to contact them for two days and it is impossible. Every time I call it goes to voicemail and it does not let me leave a message. The one time I managed to speak with someone she completely belittled the situation and said I would get a call back after about two hours then proceeded to hang up on me. Yet here I am with a very important concern and no answers, still waiting for such call. They will be quick to take your money though. Terrible service indeed. I will most definitely not work with them in the future and I do not think anyone should.

From the time you walk into the door to the time you leave, it’s the most welcoming and comfortable place to do not only taxes but immigration forms, divorce forms, etc. Highly recommended to those that use turbo tax or any other tax services and see the difference. Manuel shows that not only does he care for his job but also cares about you and that’s very hard to find. Genuinely happy 10/10

I am speaking for someone... "I was starting immigration process to bring my husband and father. Two years later and they still not here. My friend who was also doing an immigration process went some where else and 6 months her husband is here. Also heard of different cases of mutal people who brought their husband/wives and within 6 months they are here. Everytime I complained and waste more money they always had a run around everytime. Two years later, $3,000 wasted and still my husband and father hasn't arrived. DO NOT COME HERE. If your husband/wife etc has not arrived in 6 months. GO SOMEWHERE else. It doesnt take longer than 6 months to bring someone especially when you're a US Citizen."
