Love the staff, boarding facility and daycare at the Petshotel in Petsmart. The staff is wonderful: attentive, loving and know how to handle dogs. The facility is clean and the staff make sure that they pay attention to my dogs needs for feeding and giving them medication when needed. I've boarded them for short and long periods of time and each time they come home clean, happy, and healthy. Daycare days are my dogs favorite days of the week. They get out their energy and come home tired.

Janette or Janet however you spell it. Is supposed to be a manager. She's beyond rude has no knowledge and treats employees like absolute trash. She should not be working there and is bringing the whole store down.
