Our trip to Italy was amazing. Phil is great at making sure everyone is enjoying themselves and went above and beyond to celebrate two birthdays and one wedding anniversary of people in our group. He has a wonderful group of people to help us get the most our of our trip. My husband who was hesitant to travel had such a great time he is already talking about our next trip with Phil italy!

My family and I went on a tour in Italy with Phil from Philítaly and it was an incredible experience. Phil arranged all tours, stops, meals, hotels, and ground transportation and everything was wonderful. It was so nice to have all details taken care of and all we had to do was enjoy our time in Italy. Phil did an amazing job and he was the best tour guide. He’s a great guy with lots of personality and he’s fluent in Italian which helped while we were traveling around Italy. First time I used a professional trip advisor. Phil was VERY knowledgeable, organized, detail oriented,. He thought of EVERYTHING!
He followed up many times during the trip.
He used an App that put everything in one place.
He had great recommendations for things like using a taxi app, found local guides, and asked lots of questions so he could help make our trip more enjoyable.
He made accommodations for my limited physical ability but still managed to keep the trip interesting and active for my 16 year old grandson.

There are more things to say about Phil. But I want to get this review done ASAP so others can see it.

I had a very unique experience with Philítaly that was amazing beyond words. Since I had already been to Italy in the past, I wanted a more individualized trip based upon my personal interests in some areas that were not frequented by many tourists. I heard about Phil through a friend who had been on several of his trips. I contacted Phil and told him where I wanted to go and he put together a plan that not only included those areas, but also suggested additional places near those cities that he felt might be of interest to me. Phil contacted and arranged for the hotels, private drivers, personal tour guides, train tickets and anything else I needed. He even contacted the mayor of the city where my grandfather grew up and arranged a meeting with him! Throughout the trip Phil was in constant contact with me, making sure that everything was going smoothly. He made sure I knew the specific locations where the drivers were going to meet me with their names and phone numbers as well as a multitude of additional information to make my individualized trip stress-free. I will never plan another trip without Phil and his wonderful staff that work with him at Philítaly!
