This is a big location and great for events. If you've never been here before, it can be easy to get lost during a large event, so pay attention to which building you're in. Most of the staff are polite and helpful, and they have a few decent restaurants in their food court area.
Parking can be an expensive endeavor to find during an event.

I attended a conference here for 3 days with over 5,000 attendees. The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated all our meetings. The building feels modern and clean.
Complaints: There weren't enough escalators to move so many people quickly between sessions, but that might just be needing to provide better traffic control; some of the rooms were so cold, but I guess that's not so bad being in Arizona.
Kudos: The street fair was so much fun. I would love to come back to an event here.

Great place to go for events. There are plenty of bathrooms scattered throughout, and the place is always well-maintained. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. Many events are held here and they are well-planned. Food, beverages, and bars are usually set up depending on the event. The pictures shown from Phoenix Fusion.

The heat won’t bother you in this massive building! The AC works great! The escalators are a bit thin but I’m sure there’s a purpose for that. ATA was able to hold a week long tournament here and there was plenty of room for everyone. Bathrooms were clean and ADA accessible ❤️

Nice event space. We came for the Women's Expo and had a fun time. The aisles were well laid out and a lot of exhibitors were there. Easy to get to the convention center by light rail.

Came out to the car show and loved how the cars were set up. The show was for all ages, especially since 12 and younger got in free. The food was good, and the lines were long. The car move in and out went smoothly. The itinerary was followed as scheduled with performers and announcing plaque winners. There were some awesome rides at the show. Shout out to everyone who put the show together it was a success. Last but not least, shout out to the Intruders for showing strong ?.
