Had an absolute horrible experience with this travel company. BEWARE. They charge you more than 1.6x what it actually costs to work directly with the activities you want. Seriously, a 60% service fee? IN ADDITION, they offer you the cheapest packages even though you paid more than enough to get the most comprehensive activity packages. SNEAKY and UNTRUSTWORTHY. They try to gyp you at every turn by offering sub-par packages that you wouldn't even know it was subpar unless you did extensive research or actually did the activities. We had multiple delays on our travel because of miscommunication between the travel agent and the suppliers. We reported the issues we had on our trip and NO REFUND or any retribution was offered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy activities like being put on hold on the phone, burning money and pulling out your hair.
