The facility is clean. I love the room my Mom is in. The staff has been very helpful. Sonya, is amazing. Theresa, the head nurse has been great with Mom.

The grey haired nurse likes tho wait between an hour and a half or more past meds that are due , or all night if she feels like it. I seriously do no recommend this facility for anything. Yet their other staff and rehab staff are awesome. Definitely not if you need medicine even if it breathing maintenance medicine.

Rose and Amber are excellent nursing assistants. They do a great job and I think they should be rewarded for it. I had good care from everybody. Rehab is great. I don't have any complaints

Very caring to patients and their family. All the workers are amazing. My mom has mentioned several times how sweet Mary Warthman is to my step father along all the other workers.
