This is the second time I’ve ordered a custom cake and both resulted in a perfectly designed cake and exceptional service. Justina was my contact and she was informative and cared. During the brainstorming, she offered tips and checked with the baker on some ideas. Customer service goes along way and unfortunately can be hard to come by. The cakes always taste good too which is also why I keep coming back!

The character cake made dreams come true for this 2 year old birthday celebrant. Tasked with making a baby shark themed cake, Justina and the team at cafe Pierrot did not fail to impress. Six little girls gathered around in pure excitement as we brought out the cake to sing happy birthday. It was almost too beautiful to cut ! On top of that it was so delicious & frosting not too sweet as typical of alternative cake suppliers. We loved it so much we have another cake ordered for another birthday party. If you have an idea for a cake - let the team bring the idea to life or do as we have done and just let the team use their creativity to make something for your event. You won’t be disappointed!

Justina was an absolute joy to work with. Extremely helpful & informative. The best customer service I have ever received. She sent over information on cupcake and cake options, cake cutting diagrams, proposals etc. within minutes of speaking to her! Food was DELICIOUS and our guests were so impressed! I have catered several events from Pierrot Catering over the past few years, with most recent being last weekend for a repass at my home. Working with Justina was nothing short of a smooth process! The food was excellent and they were able to accommodate a menu from children to adults with a wide range of preferences and restrictions. They delivered and set everything up as well.
