I'm very happy with everything regarding the Pin Adventure Map I ordered. The online ordering experience was simple and clear, with plenty of information provided at every step of the way.

Then, before printing the map, I was contacted and shown a final proof that I had to approve, and even got a chance to make small changes to the customizable part of the design.

Once the physical product arrived, all my expectations were met. The print is good resolution, the colours are vibrant and accurate, the frame is sturdy but very light.

The hardware for fixing it on a wall was fixed to the back of the frame and all you need for hanging it is a string or wire.

I also need to mention that the packaging was very well put together, so there's minimal chance of damage from shipping.

Very good product and overall great experience, I highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my beautiful map! It is well made & was very easy to hang. The hanging hardware was already attached to the map. Wall anchors & screws were included in the package. The map arrived in excellent condition about week after I ordered it. I got the U.S. Gulf Stream version which includes national parks, major watersheds, major roads & some cities & towns. This map is a good fit for my adventures which are outdoor activities (canoeing, hiking, skiing, etc.).

I just received my personalized Pin Adventures Map and I LOVE it! Map and frame are very well made and absolutely gorgeous! My map arrived quickly and was packed very safely for shipping! I ordered 2 push pin maps and did not realize the colors I selected were slightly different (my fault). Simona from the pin adventure team contacted me straight away to check my order and offer advice on colors.
The Maps arrived beautifully packaged and they look amazing in my home office. The pins supplied are great too and I would highly recommend Pin Adventure. I will use company again.

We purchased a poster size US map to put in our camper trailer and mark the places we've been. It took longer than I expected to receive the map, it sat in US customs for some reason, not Pin Adventure Map's fault. I reached out to Pin Adventure Map and they quickly responded and checked up on the whereabouts of our map and let us know when to expect it. When it arrived we were very pleased with the quality paper and size of our map. We received little stickers to mark places and couldn't be happier with our map! For quality and great customer service - 5 stars! (When we get some places marked and the map hung, I will take a picture and update this review.)

Map arrived two days ago after a 6 day delay in shipping due to the Hurricane. 100% was worth the wait as it looks amazing; the quality and colours are like nothing I have seen before. They were so helpful when it came to answering questions and they were happy to add a city to the map where I spent a lot of my childhood growing up. I also love that they send a PDF for approval prior to printing.
I have chosen to use slightly smaller pins and more colours so from a distance the pins don’t dominate the map. I got personalisation to show ‘places born, places lived and places visited’ and as a family of four, more colours were required than were available to purchase (I needed 11 colours). I also thought the supplied pins were slightly too big as we have been to a lot of places and done plenty of moving around both being from military families and now my husband is military.
Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a map to plan or track past adventures. Thanks again for producing something so amazing that I am going to love having in my home for years to come!

Communication with this company was excellent. They did exactly what I wanted with my map and kept me posted with time scales. Tracking my purchase with DHL was easy and efficient. The map itself is beautiful. Even better than I imagined and it has so much information on it that I was not expecting. Strongly recommend the product and the company.

Beautiful maps, great quality and amazing service.

We ordered one of these through Etsy, but unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged (minor damage due to sellotape touching the map surface during packaging).
The damage occurred before it was in transit, and the actual packagkng of the map was excellent, very well padded and secure.

Simona was incredibly apologetic and offered to replace and send out a new map to us for free without the need to send the damaged map back to them.
That would have easily resolved the situation for us, but she even offered to upgrade the map to the larger size free of charge, which we were willing to pay for as we loved the map so much that we thought it would look even better in the larger size.

We absolutely love the map and are so pleased we chose to purchase from Pin Adventure Map. We really recommend this company for quality and service, it's worth the price.
