Cheryl Doyle is simply magical! Her attention to detail and willingness to help with all aspects of planning go far beyond your average vacation planner. Best trip ever!! Jessie did such a wonderful job booking everything for us and even scored us dinner reservations at restaurants that are nearly impossible to get into. Melissa Roberts did a fantastic job planning our trip to Disney and Universal! She was so patient with all our questions, and she really worked hard to get us a great deal and maximize the short amount of time we were there! We were headed there for my daughter's cheer competition and we were trying to sneak in some vacation time with our family as well, so we were on a super tight schedule! Melissa did a great job assuring we were able to ride EVERYTHING we wanted, she booked us a wonderful hotel, and she gave us plenty of tips and tricks to navigate the parks! Debbie Matullo was our agent and she was great to work with! She planned our whole Universal vacation about 3-4 weeks ahead of time. She was super knowledgeable and responsive.
