Avoid them at all costs. Bought a ticket and return flight was to a different city that I didn’t request and didn’t notice right away. They charged me another $280 to get it changed to fly home to the city that I flew out of and where my vehicle was parked. Sounds to me this is part of their scam to get more money. Is there a class action lawsuit? If not, should be.
