The Lodge in the Quad Cities is owned/managed by different entities of this LLC (Platinum Hospitality Group). The Platinum Hospitality Group feels a variety of molds (growing in the ceiling outside from leaks in the ceiling and inside the rooms growing in the bathrooms), hazardous room heaters, faulty electrical outlets, and worn through sheets with holes are acceptable. We took pictures.

The manager of The Lodge laughed when these health, safety and structural issues were brought to his attention several times.

There was no refund, and the rest of the staff barely shrugged their shoulders.

We notified the fire department, who has notified the city inspector. We have been told they will make a visit. We hope anyone reading this with the same experience continues to report.

Maybe then it won't be so funny to the manager.
