I’m upset, and very livid.
Thursday I got get my blood typed and crossed, I was aware my blood needed go to the Des Moines to get tested for antibody’s, right after they tested it out then sent me to go home and wai till Friday. Then they call me as soon as I’m walking out the door they tell me you can’t get it today they need to sent the right blood type that cross matches.like are u serious!? So the I waited the whole weekend and then now they’re telling me I need to get typed and crossed again but the blood they took from me for Thursday only Lasted for so long so now they’re asking me to do one more type and cross

Dr. Jacob Miller is an outstanding pain management doctor. Anyone who deals with chronic pain knows how frustrating and often hopeless it feels trying to find relief. Fortunately, Dr. Miller has many procedures at his disposal, capable of treating pain without the need for pain medication. His medical expertise aside, Dr. Miller genuinely cares about me as a patient. He has gone above and beyond my expectations to treat me with kindness, empathy, and dignity. Chronic pain is a horrible thing to live with, but I'm glad to have Dr. Miller, in my corner, always enthusiastic to help without passing judgment. Being treated like a person - a human - instead of a statistic is the best thing a doctor can do for you.

MISDIAGNOSIS OF AN 8MO!!! Took my 8mo daughter in the other day because she could barely breathe and her belly and chest are going in and out. She was wheezy and rattling in her chest. You had us bring her home and said it was a cold. Well she has now been in the hospital for two days on oxygen. So thanks for not doing your job. Putting a baby’s life on the line.

The doctor that was on call lied to us twice, and when we confronted this, she returned with a second doctor, who then made accusations and informed us on what was going to take place. Which we also found out was not the truth as well. The hospital's other staff as in the desk clerks and nurse were very kind and caring. It is only because of those people I even considered giving more than 1 star.
