I've had service with Point Broadband for several years. I have always received prompt and courteous customer service. Connectivity was always good and speeds were always amazing. The only bad thing I can say is they don't have service where I have moved to. I am overly grateful for the years of service and great pricing they have provided me through the years. Thank you!

*Update*

Called again twice to see about paying for them to run service to my home. Wasn’t even contacted back. When I called a few weeks later, I talked to the rudest person I’ve ever met. At this point, I can’t even understand how this company is in business.

Called and tired to get a quote to have service ran 3/4 of a mile. They didn’t even bother to call back. What a joke of a company.

Bad weather, no service, neighbors all using point broadband, lagging 7.2mbs.
Try to contact them online? No service. They have multiple links to multiple customer portals. The entire thing is a mess.

The most unreliable ISP, second time in a week that internet has been out for over 6+ hours. You can’t get in touch with anyone and they lack any sort of communication on what the problem is. Spectrum sucks but considering a change back or literally any other provider if this persists. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service that’s not provided. What a complete joke

I would use any other provider, alta fiber, spectrum, any of them.

Point broadband is down so often. I switched to point thinking it would be an improvement in reliability since I was going from coax to fiber but it has been way way worse.

Not only is the service they are providing bad but the customer service and communication is equally poor. Normally a couple hours after the service goes down a text goes out say yep we are down. No way to look up the issue or eta and customer service won't provide that either.

For those of you with servers, the company uses a CGNAT. Basically that means they have a method that allows them to assign the same IP to multiple customers. It helps save the company money. This was an issue for me because I had a server and my friends couldn't access it due to the CGNAT and the only solution with point is to spend 20-30 dollars more per month for a dedicated IP! They created a problem and charge the customer for a solution.

As of right now my Internet has been down for about 12 hours with no known estimate on if/when it will be fixed and this happens very often.

If you are looking at point broadband, I suggest any other provider.

Henry, was a great tech and went above and beyond to help me with slow connections issues and seem very energetic to help in anyway he could. Job well done A++++ service from him!!
Now your call center and group support is absolutely terrible the worst i have ever encountered in tech support and both customer service as i have been working both for 25 years plus. Its almost like you have to call several time to actually get a representative that appreciates helping customers. I believe both of those departments need overhauled and policies and procedures reworked to do better and be better as a company!!
