Best travel agent! John was very helpful and always answered our questions. He gave us a gift that we used for our all inclusive trip that included sunscreen, water bottle, towel holders, luggage tags, and some other things. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and make things right and perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

BIG Thanks to John Frazier for organizing an amazing SCUBA vacation for our guys group of 8. He was a total pro and super flexible - dealing with multi-day arrivals, last minute transfer updates, crafting hotels that worked for everyone’s budget, and being a wealth of knowledge about Cancun, Cozumel, Riviera Maya and Playa Del Carmen. John Frazier from Polaris Travel Experts set up our recent 20th Anniversary vacation in Playa Del Carmen, Quintana, Mexico at the RIU Palace Riviera Maya! John’s expertise made our travel (from start to finish) nothing but the best vacation ever. John booked the round trip flights, the all-inclusive resort, private transportation to and from the resort and airport. He suggested a couple excursions and local souvenir shopping close to the resort. John is very personal and looks out for the customers wishes. We will definitely be using Polaris Travel Experts again primarily due to the customer care given by John Frazier! Thanks John!!

Great vacation with the exception of rude tour guide in Rome , miscommunication in Florence ( still waiting refund for skip the line pass for the David I purchased and did not get to see) and was not aware Norwegian epic was a party ship with alot of intoxicated rude guest making me uncomfortable. There was limited seating to attend onboard entertainment while at sea and very small pools . John our travel agent was absolutely amazing! I appreciate all his time and help coordinating this bucket list vacation and truly grateful for this experience.

Our vacation to Cancun was better than we could have imagined. Mary Jo Roberts helped set everything up for us including the shuttles to and from the air port. She is quick to respond for any questions. Traveling out of the country and be stressful but Mary Jo helped us relax by getting us very clear itineraries and information about the resort. She also got us a great deal! I would highly recommend Polaris and Mary Jo Robert’s!

This was truly an outstanding adventure. Excellent staff and accommodations, weather was perfect everyday.

Our trip advisor, John Frazier, had everything prepared for us with a detailed itinerary that we had loaded on our phones to refer to at all times.

Experience has encouraged us to seek out other locations in the future that this particular ship is scheduled for. AAA+++ recommendation to any who are considering booking a cruise anytime soon.

John, created an amazing 20th Anniversary package. We stayed at the Royalton Chic in Cancun.. the stay was amazing, staff and food was great. The private transportnation was amazing you will appreciate it on the return trip home. John, connected us to a great local dive company and we had a great time snorkeling with them. Whatever you can upgrade make sure you do it before hand.
