Working with Jerry from Power Posse was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we started planning, he was so easy to communicate with, and he truly understood the vibe we were going for at our wedding. He had everyone on the dance floor all night long — we didn’t want the music to stop!

We received countless compliments from our guests about the music and the song choices, and it was clear that Jerry knew exactly how to keep the energy high and the party going. The whole experience was seamless, and he did an amazing job of reading the room and setting the perfect tone.

Not only did Jerry do a great job at providing music, but the sound quality for the speeches was even better than I could have imagined. We had one very long table that sat over 100 guests, and he positioned speakers along the length of the room so that everyone, no matter where they were seated, could hear speeches. The work was professional, unobtrusive, and the sound quality was clear and perfect volume.

We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Power Posse, and especially Jerry, for any event or wedding. He was the perfect DJ for our special day!

Power Posse Productions deserves a 5 star review! We booked them for our wedding and were lucky enough to have Doug as our DJ on our wedding night. He had a full set up outside where our ceremony was and inside where our reception was. His mic set up for the ceremony was perfect, especially on a windy summer day. You couldn’t hear the wind through the mics at all! In terms of song choices, he let us give him a list with some ideas. From there, he knocked it out of the park!! Everyone was dancing all night and we all had a blast. Thanks so much for you and your team’s hard work to make our wedding day perfect, Doug!

I can't say enough good things about Doug and Power Posse Productions. Doug has such an amazing way of being able to read rooms and people and be able to change his music to fit the mood. From the ceremony, where everyone sounded smooth, no feedback, the music was perfect, to cocktail hour where everyone raved about his set and how good it was, to the reception and dancing until the end. Doug had 135 people at my wedding dancing, singing and having the best time. Doug also did the lighting for our wedding, and the addition of twinkle lights and up lighting was amazing for our rainy wedding day. From the start, Doug made everything so easy. He's friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable in his craft. We got married on 9/7/24 and people still talk to me about how good the music was, and how much fun they had. Hiring Doug was the best decision that we made!

DJ Doug did a fantastic job capturing the exact vision we had for our wedding playlist! It was even better than we could have asked for! Our day of coordinator and Doug worked together to make our processional song timed to the lyrics / beat of the song we wanted perfectly. Doug was so easy to work with, extremely reasonable priced, and communicative throughout our wedding planning journey. We truly appreciated his work, how organized and well thought out his playlists and set up were to make the most of the night. He really got everyone on the dance floor before dancing even started and made the party vibe we wanted come to life! Additionally, we met with Doug to see if we could have different songs for walking in the reception for each pair, our parents and ourselves - and he truly made this happen - everyone loved the uniqueness! We can’t recommend DJ Doug and his personable and charismatic vibe enough!

He didn’t just DJ he help us with all the background sounds in our ceremony, the lights the music and making very bit of our day so special and smoothly as it can be.
