Unforgettable Wedding Night Thanks to Frank and Powerstation Events!
Frank from Powerstation Events made our wedding night absolutely unforgettable! He kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. From the moment the music started, the vibe was perfect, and Frank knew exactly how to keep everyone engaged and having a blast. We’ve had so many people tell us it was the wedding of the year, and Frank is a huge reason why. Highly recommend Powerstation Events for anyone looking to make their wedding day incredible!

Powerstation Events was absolutely phenomenal at my wedding! I just got married at The Barns at Wesleyan Hills on 4/12/24 and I only have rave reviews from my guests, saying that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to.

Rich G and Alex V were amazing DJs. Alex did the ceremony and cocktail hour while Rich did the reception. We had unusual requests for both of them and they handles everything amazingly.

For our ceremony, we had instrumental versions of songs from popular movies - parents walked down to the Love Theme from Attack of the Clones, my husband to be processed to Going the Distance from Rocky as he wore a boxing robe, I walked down to Pure Imagination from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. They filled in the gaps during the lead up to the ceremony because I had guests comment on how much they loved hearing themes and songs from Game of Thrones, Edward Scissorhands, etc.

For my wedding reception I had an escape room theme and asked that Rich could assist me on that. If guests put together a puzzle in their locked favor box they would get a secret message to "Tell the DJ The PassCode is Blue Harvest". If they went up to the DJ, he would then give me a special card I made that would then give them a secret message to find other secrets in the venue. I also had them go up to him for prizes if they received a scratch ticket or message that said so. Rich happily gave out these cards and prizes and my guests loved it and said they had so much fun.

I also had a secret raffle at the end of the night. Rich worked with me and the wedding coordinator on timing for this so that when I announced it on his mic the confetti cannons went off and our last fun dance song immediately played, getting the entire crowd going! It was like I was in a movie!

The entire night the dance floor was packed and I owe it to Rich for keeping everything alive and moving. He checked in with me and my husband every once in a while to make sure he was playing certain songs that we wanted. We didn't want very many slow songs but did at least request a few and he made to get the ones in that we wanted without slowing down the party too much.

Rich and the team there know exactly what they are doing and I cannot recommend them enough!

We recently used Powerstation Events for our wedding and absolutely loved them. We used Chris as our DJ and he made our wedding vision come to life. He was so kind, upbeat and enthusiastic. He played absolutely phenomenal music and was so adaptive, making sure the dance floor was constantly filled. He brought the positive energy and was constantly perceptive to what we wanted and needed.
On top of that, we used InBloom as our floral provider and they were incredible. They were so focused in the meetings leading up to the day on ensuring they fully understood what we wanted the flowers to look like. When they delivered the flowers day of, they had gone above and beyond in creating our floral vision.
All in all, powerstation was a fabulous company and we could not recommend them enough

Chris was the DJ at my wedding and was absolutely spectacular. He was outgoing, friendly, and attentive to my husband and I's requests. Chris had people out on the dance floor all night and everyone raved about the music. At the end of the night, he set us up outside to dance alone to our first dance song again which was so special and thoughtful. He helped to make our wedding a true fairytale day. Communicating with Powerstation was also easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services!

We can’t thank DJ Will enough for such an amazing wedding night! He was professional, energetic, fun and didn’t miss a beat (literally!). Every guest was on the dance floor all night and every single person had such a fun time! Will
was very attentive to us throughout this whole process and made sure we were happy and satisfied with every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! We also want to say all the hard work of the behind the scenes people to set up
and breakdown all the equipment did not go unnoticed. We also rented farm tables that were the perfect touch for our backyard September wedding! Everything came together just beautifully and working with Jenna to get the perfect size tables was a pleasure!

My husband and I got married on 9/16/2023 and I cannot emphasize this enough: Alex was phenomenal. We met with so many DJs leading up to our wedding and, after speaking with Alex, we immediately knew without a doubt that we wanted to work with him. And he did not disappoint! Once the dancing started, it did not stop.

Alex was so attentive listening to every detail we wanted for our wedding. And he was very willing to make last minute changes, even the morning of! What we appreciated most was how great he was at checking in with us at appropriate times throughout the evening to ensure we were happy with everything, or check if we were ready for specific announcements or dedication songs. He was great at keeping us on schedule and absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had a private last dance at the end of our ceremony, where we asked all our guests to go outside to the patio. Unbeknownst to us, during that time, Alex coordinated with all our guests to have them come rushing in at the end of the song and gather around us in a massive hug.

I've heard that DJs can really make or break your wedding day, and Alex absolutely went above and beyond to elevate our day. He is a natural at his job and loves what he does and it shows - not only in terms of reading the room when choosing songs and transitions, but also in his enthusiastic introductions and announcements and in the way he interacts with guests. And he is happy to play as big or small of a role you want him to for your day. If you are considering booking Powerstation for your event, look no further than Alex!

Powerstation Events was also pleasure to work with. Booking our DJ and making payments was very convenient and seamless. We loved having the ability to meet with several DJs from the company and choose the one we felt worked best for us. Thank you for helping make our day so memorable!
