Our experience with the apartment is great. Having a fully furnished apartment was perfect for our stay here. Having two big rooms is very great, and a change for us as we used to live in a small one room apartment in France. Also, having a washer and dryer directly in the apartment is perfect and makes it really easy for us to do laundry.

The house is also a good place. We haven’t had problems with noise in other apartments which is really cool. It’s really close to the university which makes it really convenient for us. The fact that it is also close to the Kroger is really great if we need to do some quick shopping.

We feel quite safe in the neighborhood too, which is a plus.

As for Iva's help and her team’s help, it has been very useful especially in the early stage of finding this apartment. Their quick response time and detailed answers helped us a lot and made us confident in our choice of apartment.

Overall, we have had a great experience so far with the apartment and it has made our experience in Cincinnati very great.

I needed temporary housing for the summer and chose Premier City Properties and was very satisfied. Even though I needed housing on super short notice while also being overseas and dealing with a big time difference, they got me a comfortable and well-furnished apartment. Both Iva (leasing office) and Dan (maintenance) were incredibly responsive and attentive, making the entire process as seamless and stress-free as possible. I stayed in the apartment for about a month for an opera produccion.I contacted them at the last minute, but Iva was very kind and arranged a nice apartment for me. I can't drive, so I walked to the downtown theater and my colleagues drove me home, so it wasn't a problem. It is a very quiet residential area, and there are large supermarkets, pharmacies, and emergency hospitals nearby, so you don't have to worry about anything. it's recommended.

I had searched online for many apartments for my short term 3 month stay at Cincinnati for my internship. I finally chose this one as it was closest to the city centre. Coming in as an international student, not physically seeing a place before deciding to stay is a daunting experience but the premier city team was helpful in that process.
I moved into the apartment late at night around 12 am and they were extremely accommodating in doing so. The apartment looked great and Iva gave me a better room than initially promised. I liked my stay and had no problem with any roommates, as most of them were interesting people. The only thing I should have been given a heads up about is the additional cleaning costs and lease signing cost before I paid my deposit. The apartment had many modern appliances and was great location wise, close to shops and restaurants, UC campus. Overall, i had a comfortable stay in the apartment, and Dan, Iva and the premier city team delivered on their promises.

Premier City Properties was able to help me in a time of need. Iva made sure to hold a unit for me, and communicated effectively while I was figuring out my way to Cincinnati. Once I was there, Dan made sure to help me move in, and made me feel welcome as an outsider in a new state. Because of Iva and Dan, I was helped in a time of need. When I found out that I would be moving to Cincinnati within a few short months, I began to panic with the realization that I had to find an apartment from my home country. Luckily, I stumbled upon Premier City Properties, and Iva was able to give me fast and personalized help that had everything settled very quickly. Iva was always friendly and efficient, which I found very reassuring. She was available to answer questions and made my move as simple as possible.

I am very happy with the apartment that Iva selected for me. It's much bigger and nicer than the photos Iva had sent me could convey. It has high ceilings, nice appliances, and great AC. It is located right near a UC shuttle, but it is also walking distance to most things I need, including my office.

It must be mentioned that this entire process of booking the apartment was done from my home country. So I had not seen the apartment or met anyone from Premier Rents! This was a leap of faith to book the apartment for an entire year, but I am certainly glad I took the leap. Do not fret when it comes to booking with them, they will make sure you have a great experience that will exceed your expectations.

In fact, they exceeded my expectations so much that I decided to stay with them for a second year while I was staying in Cincinnati! From start to finish, my experience with Premier Rents has been fantastic, and they have made my two years here comfortable and hassle free.

Last, but certainly not least, there is the other member of the Premier City Properties team whom I've met, Dan. He is just as friendly and approachable as Iva, is very understanding, and always sees to any problems around the apartment promptly. Knowing that he is there in case something goes wrong is a comfort to me.

All in all, I've had an amazing experience with Premier City Properties and I am so happy that they've been with me throughout my journey in Cincinnati.

I needed a last minute place in Cincinnati and I was unsure for how long. I found Premier City Properties on Google and Iva helped me get a one month lease and settled in even though I came in around midnight over that very weekend and Dan was super understanding especially when I arrived later than anticipated because of my flight.

The apartment I had looked exactly like the photos from their website. Mine was in the perfect location as it was a short bus ride from my temporary job at the hospital.
Iva is direct and is open to answering all of your questions and what needs to go into you signing a temporary lease and the extra fees. Having a call to explain your situation and what you're looking for is best. I loved my stay because it had everything I needed the moment I stepped into the apartment. Everything was clean and worked well, so I had zero maintenance issues. Iva really helped me out in a pinch and so I'm thankful to Iva and Dan for being great at their jobs and welcoming me to Ohio so effortlessly.
I had to contact them about my security deposit and everything was returned to me within two days.

They did everything that they promises and was very accommodating to any needs that came during my stay. Also to mention i had a wonderful roommate.
